Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

A bright living area features a yellow sectional sofa draped with a soft gray blanket. A cozy armchair with floral accents sits nearby, accompanied by modern coffee tables. Natural light streams through a large window, with a telescope positioned for views of the surrounding landscape.

The apartments are located in the elite residential complex Alliance Palace, in which on the ground floors is a world-class living room Marriot. This is the first coastline! The apartments have a gorgeous panoramic view of the sea, promenade, singing fountains, Justicia, and a new modern recreation area. The infrastructure around is very developed, restaurants, McDonald’s, pharmacies, shops, etc.
