Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

Flat is furnished with high quality furniture and machines, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Air conditioner, refrigerator, baking oven, etc. kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery.

Apartment is located on the top floor of the Alliance Palace. 38 floor. Huge balcony with sunset views. There is restaurant “Oval” in our building. There is SPA with indoor swimming pool in our building for additional payment. There is also parking for additional payment. Check in and check out with lock box 24/7.
