Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο. Στη κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και όλα είναι πολύ λειτουργικά. Μέσα στο σπίτι έχει πολλά φυτά που δημιουργούν μια πολύ ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα και έναν εξαιρετικό αέρα. Ο David και η Tsitsana είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και διακριτικοί οικοδεσπότες. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα, παρόλο που η άφιξή μας και η αναχώρησή μας ήταν αργά το βράδυ. Μας έδωσαν πολλές χρήσιμες συμβουλές σχετικά με την περιοχή. Στην πόλη όπως η Μπατούμι είναι πολύ χρήσιμο να έχεις κάποιον ντόπιο που μπορεί να σε καθοδηγήσει σωστά για να έχεις την καλύτερη εμπειρία, όποτε συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα τους οικοδεσπότες και το σπίτι τους εάν ταξιδεύετε στο Μπατούμι. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους υπέροχους οικοδεσπότες μας για όλα!!!

Das Haus ist wunderschön inmitten der Hügel des Green Cape gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Botanische Garten ist gleich nebenan. Sofya ist eine super Gastgeberin, immer schnell erreichbar. Ich komme sicher wieder!

A very nice pet-friendly house! The host was incredibly accommodating, and the garden was perfect for our dogs to roam freely. The location, while a bit outside the city, offers a peaceful escape near the sea. The place is very close to the beach! The house is best suited for summer stays, it was a bit chilly in November, but still manageable. Overall, a great choice for travellers who desire a quiet coastal retreat, especially during warmer months.

Милый, уютный двор с видом на сад с плодовыми деревьями. Море в двух шагах. Тихое местечко. Несмотря на то,что мы приехали в позднее вечернее время, хозяева нас очень хорошо приняли и сразу заселили, всё время интересовались всё ли у нас хорошо. Жили мы в отдельном домике со всеми удобствами, есть оборудованная кухня. В расположении беседка, где можно отдохнуть и выпить бокальчик вина. Хозяйка Манана прекрасная женщина, готова в любую минуту помочь словом и делом. Внимательный хозяин Мамука любую просьбу решает оперативно.Отдыхом мы остались довольны, рекомендуем. Нам очень понравилось!!!

Прекрасное расположение, не далеко от моря и не проходное для место. Тихо и спокойно. Магазины, в том числе и круглосуточные, рядом. Много кафешек в шаговой доступности. Дом уютный, с большим количеством интересных картин. Удобная кухня с полным набором посуды, большой холодильник, стиральная машина, кондиционер. Машину ставили прямо перед балконом (только заплатили паркинг в терминале рядом, Рамази помог). Нам (3 взрослых, 2 детей и собачка) очень понравилось.
