Apartment vacation rentals in Battery Point

A fantastic location with an easy walk to Salamanca Markets and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Felicity and Andre had provided some lovely snacks, beverages and breakfast provisions which made our stay extra special. Secure off street parking was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great few days in the apartment. The location was fabulous and the apartment well fitted out. Heating made it nice and cozy for the Hobart cold!

The Finish Line was perfect. It’s a beautiful apartment, with a great view. Clean and modern. Half of the experience was the unit itself. It’s well located, close to Salamanca Markets and all the restaurants at the Wharf. The e-bikes are worth a go. We rode to MONA on the inner city bike path rather than taking the ferry. It was a great way to see the city. A big thank you to Pip and the team. Pip was very kind to accept a late cancellation for our original booking when the Cyclone occurred in Brisbane and the airport shut. Pip was very helpful. I only hope we get a chance to get back one day. Enjoy if you get the chance!

Sally and Jeremy are great hosts! Very hospitable and attentive to every possible need. Location is great with beautiful views and easy to walk to the town center. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, really good value for money. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Location!! Location!! Portsea Place is in a terrific spot. Gorgeous architecture in Battery Point. A casual walk to Salamanca Place in literally 5-10mins. Everything is in walking distance, including the ferry to MONA and the most delicious cafes and restaurants to eat at. Saturday morning Salamanca markets are a must do. The property is absolutely as advertised. Bed and linen all super comfy and cosy. Great heating (we visited in Winter) and kitchen amenities. Lovely touch re chocs on bed and a biscuit with tea. Matt was a responsive host and so kindly accommodating when it came to a request for an amended check out time. We would highly recommend Portsea Place and thank Matt for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Shani’s beautiful house. We felt right at home, and the house had everything we needed. Great location, close to coffee, the CBD and the river walk. Parking was not an issue as we were there over the weekend, so it was free / unlimited. Shani was extremely helpful, and super quick to respond. We would highly recommend ☺️

Great stay. Lovely two bedroom apartment with lots of space, two large bathrooms, TV in each room and a well equipped kitchen. Location was perfect for a few days based in Hobart - we didn’t need a car as the CBD, Salamanca and Battery Point were all a short walk away. Nice and quiet despite being a block or so from a main road. Would happily stay again!

Great sun filled apartment and lovely balcony. Very quiet, I couldn't hear any traffic noise inside. Very convenient for our competition at Wrest Point. I could go back to the apartment for coffee and lunch. The pantry items like oil, soy sauce and vinegar etc was an added bonus. And thank you, Clare , for the chocolate!

Laura is such a warm and considerate host — she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The house is beautifully arranged, very comfortable, and has great access to public transport. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and lovely to walk around. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed our time at John’s place in Sandy Bay. It is very modern, comfortable and clean. Communication with John was very good. Would return. One thing to be aware of is that parking is on the street (which John makes clear). However it is only two hour parking out the front, between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. If you are out and about in your car each day it is manageable.

We loved our stay at Sam's. The apartment is beautiful and stylish. Quality at every turn. The location was perfect. Thank you, Sam.

Bowens place is great to stay and is situated within walking distance to everything you need. We even walked to town a few times as it is just over the hill. Area is very quiet and has everything you need. Wolod recommend this place no problems.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in Hobart. The apartment was impeccably clean and so, so cosy! After fun days of exploring we couldn’t wait to get back to the apartment and settle down for the evening. The location is ace and the amenities were fantastic - we felt right at home. Louise was very quick to respond to our messages and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend for anyone staying in Hobart or surrounding areas.

We only stayed one night in this charming home but loved it. The maps had a hard time finding the place but Christine gave great directions . It has such a lovely cottage vibe with fun, eclectic decor—and the sheep outside were a bonus! The amenities were great, with coffee, milk, and even a luxurious spa bath. As we were on a hiking road trip, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We felt really looked after and would definitely stay again!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

Couldn't have asked for more, Miro and Edina were super warm, welcoming and friendly and their place was very clean, well stocked with necessary items and amenities and even some complimentary fruits and basic cooking ingredients. The location was very convenient and walkable to many popular eateries and the famous Salamanca Market. The 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets and availability of a washer/dryer was exactly what I was looking for and the surrounding area was quite private and quiet during our stay. will definitely stay again if I happen to go to Hobart again

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!
