A charming little house that I enjoyed admiring the early 20th century architecture.

This house is well appointed and a great place to relax with a larger group of friends or family members. Craig is so accommodating and responds quickly to all communications. We would not hesitate to stay at this well kept retreat again. He's thought of everything!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from LSU. The property was beautiful and the house big enough for all 8 of us to gather. James was great to work with and offered us a flexible check in. We would definitely stay here again.

I feel so fortunate to have found Mats and Georganna’s beautiful place! It was spotless and impeccably decorated and still felt just like home. The rooms were very comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter at LSU, less than a mile from her Park Place apartment in a lovely and safe-feeling neighborhood. The back yard and patio were absolutely lovely and the perfect spot for our morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

Thelma was incredibly kind and accommodating! Amazing host! After we left a different horrible Airbnb situation, she worked with us to get my family a clean and safe place to stay (Last minute). The river just behind the house was my son's favorite part! This home is exactly as pictured! Extremely clean!

Kris is a fabulous host! His home is so welcoming and comfortable! Every room has TVs and streaming! Great internet for working remotely! Wonderfully stocked kitchen! Fantastic location as you are so close to everything! Beautiful yard and courtyard! We have stayed with Kris twice now and we will definitely be back! Such a friendly, helpful, responsive host!

The house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, the yard was cut and the pool was great for relaxing and cooling off. The only negative was the dishwasher was not working. Other than that it was an A+ house and we would gladly stay the next time we are traveling to LSU.

Very clean spacious house and pool area great for family gatherings. We have no complaints for the price paid, it's a great value! If you plan to cook and eat in, as we did, consider that the cookware and utensils are limited. The gas stovetop and counterspace was great. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great home in a great location! Easy access to LSU as well as multiple wonderful restaurants close! Felt just like home and whenever back in Baton Rouge will check here first! Amazing listing in Baton Rouge. My family and I came in town for a graduation and this home was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed everything about the home. Plenty of space for a large family to move around effortlessly! We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to the area. Highly recommend!

From the first time I booked I felt like I was choosing the right location to stay. Everything was smooth and easy. Her response time is immaculate especially that’s important for someone who constantly travels and books last minute. Everything was clean and very up to date. The photos did not justice. Every amenity you will need was available inside the home. I have no complaints and definitely am looking forward to booking in the near future.

Great location and felt right at home in this space. We had a multi-generational family vacation and the space was roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Baton Rouge again!

Very nice stay, absolutely lived up to the photos, individualized but not cluttered decoration, very clean - everything you need. Host provided helpful instructions for the nest thermostat (I am pretty hopeless with these things). Proactive message communication but otherwise left on my own - which I appreciate. Comfortable bed, ample hot water, stocked with all useful essentials. Close to downtown (but you will want a car to get anywhere), fairly quick access to major highway, while in a quiet residential neighborhood. Two thumbs up.

This home is beautiful and within walking distance to campus! It is very spacious and comfortable for a large group. I especially loved the open floor plan , it’s beautifully decorated, has well laid out bedrooms (everyone had their privacy) and 3-1/2 baths. Close to restaurants and bars. And, a perfect spot to celebrate our LSU graduate !! 🧑‍🎓 🐯🎓

Truly one of the best AirBnB properties I have stayed it! Jennifer thought of everything that you might need and more! The house is beautiful and feels like you are walking in to someone’s home …. Loved all the local art on the walls, the bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is perfect! Well stocked with welcome snacks, all sorts of coffee options, every spice if you want to cook, and pretty dishes that had me searching for a set online. Jennifer is a great host and I can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

I would definitely stay at The Birds Nest again!!! I It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing; everything I was looking for. Close to shopping and restaurants!!!! This place was cozy and super clean. Home away from home!!!

The house was exactly as described! We had plenty of parking for our two cars. Antoaneta gave excellent instructions for check in. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Baton Rouge. It’s in a very central location. Everything was very clean and on very good condition. The beds were comfy too! There are a lot of very good restaurants in the vicinity. It was the perfect place for the 6 of us.
