Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Batomalj

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Punat, wurden trotz Verspätung herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung mit Blick aufs Meer mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war blitz sauber und ein leckeres kühles Bier u. Getränke standen im Kühlschrank bereit. Alles tip top und sehr zu empfehlen.

Great place near to the center of town. The apartment had everything I needed and was very clean and peaceful. Marijana was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment with loads of super cozy amenities, like a Grill, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, dining terraces and loads of fruit trees around which we could nibble from. The sea is literally across the road, don't expect a sandy beach, but a rocky, stony beach from where you can get into the super clean water.

Perfekte Unterkunft um runterzukommen. In fünf Gehminuten erwartet euch eine malerische Bucht die zum schwimmen einlädt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit Liebe gestaltet und der Balkon in Verbindung mit der Aussicht ein Traum. Da die Unterkunft unmittelbar nahe einer Hauptstraße belegen ist und keine Alternativrouten vorhanden sind, gestaltet sich die Erkundung der Umgebung zu Fuß recht schwierig. Mit Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und größere Orte jedoch schnell erreicht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, der selbst gebackene Kuchen und die Erdbeeren zur Begrüßung haben uns sehr gefreut. Leider konnten wir Ornela nicht persönlich kennen lernen. Kleinen Familien mit Hund würden wir die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen ❤️

Wir waren zu Dritt in der Unterkunft und Ich muss sagen die Wohnung und die Wohnungsgröße hat perfekt gepasst…Auch die Umgebung war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben..Ruhig aber nicht abgelegen..Ivan war auch wirklich sehr nett und sehr Hilfsbereit…Wohnung war sehr sauber und exakt so wie auf den Fotos…Ich kann’s wirklich nur weiterempfehlen

We absolutely loved our stay here. Having the balcony with a view of town and the ocean was amazing. The Unit is super spacious and well setup. It had everything we needed and then some. It’s very close to town and the beach as well as the supermarkets etc. We never needed our car. The host was responsive and friendly and made us feel at home. There is a convenient on property parking for the unit. Overall we absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Amazing home. Awesome host. My husband and I have stayed in dozens of AirBNBs throughout the U.S. and Europe. This was one of our favorites, and we definitely hope to return someday. From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were staying with a friend. Our host, Vesna, is an artist, and the place where we stayed is her former studio. It's decorated with her artwork (paintings, sculptures, ceramics, even painted lamps). During our three days here, surrounded by her art, we felt embraced with her joy and kindness. It was truly a magical experience, especially with the sunshine streaming through the many windows and the lovely trees all around. Vesna lives in a separate home on the property, so she was close if we needed her. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as my husband and I each had our own shower and our own water heater! And it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Opatija. A superb stay!

Schöne Unterkunft mitten in Senj. Wir hatten leider 2 Tage Sturm und dadurch einen Stromausfall. Milan war hier sehr gut in der Kommunikation und von den Nachbarn haben wir sogar einen frischen Kaffee spendiert bekommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig am Ende einer Straße gelegen und man ist für sich. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, besonders hat uns die Schaukel mit dem wundervollen Ausblick gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a really great time at Mirjana's place. It's absolutely beautiful and quiet, the stunning beach is in walking distance and a small grocery store is literally around the corner. The owners are great people, they live in the first floor and are always there if you need anything. Thank you very much for these beautiful days.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

Das Apartment ist ganz nett und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Es liegt auf einem Berg aber das war okay weil wir einfach mit dem Auto hinunter gefahren sind um zum Meer zu kommen und kostenlos an der Straße geparkt haben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
