The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Ivana. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Hunden und hatten einen entspannten Urlaub. Da durch, dass die Villa komplett eingezäunt ist, konnten die Hunde wunderbar umherspringen. Ausserdem war die Inneneinrichtung super schön und luxuriös. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Villa ist perfekt. Wir waren mit 11 Personen bei Ivan zu Gast und die Unterkunft sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Insbesondere der große Garten mit Pool hat uns gefallen. Auf dem Grundstück ist es sehr ruhig. Ivan hat uns persönlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert. Ich kann jedem empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen.

It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. The most important question first: Would we come back and/or would I recommend this stay to my best friend? Both yes! Villa d‘Arsa was among my favorite AirBnB stays ever! Barbara and her father were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the calm and scenic surroundings as much as exploring beautiful Istria. Inside was spacious and clean and one or another table tennis match was played. As someone else put this: The pictures acurrately portray the experience, although I‘d argue that reality is even better! 5/5 stay for sure!

Ivans Villa Simone ist ein großartiges Haus. wir waren mit acht Personen hier und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sowohl von innen, als auch von außen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es wurde an alles gedacht was man braucht. Als wir ankamen lagen bereits Handtücher und strandtücher auf den Liegen am Pool bereit, was sofort zum baden einlud. Der Pool ist riesig und perfekt zum Schwimmen geeignet. Ivan war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Seine Mutter hat uns sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen vorbei gebracht. wir haben uns selten in einem airbnb so wohl gefühlt. wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Danke Ivan für diesen großartigen Urlaub.
