L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Vous allez adoré cet appartement lumineux au style frenchy oriental! Spacieux et avec une belle hauteur sous plafond, il dispose d'une magnifique chambre, sur cour, avec salle de bain en marbre. Idéalement situé dans le 17e, en quelques minutes à pied, vous serez dans le quartier festif des Batignolles et de ses restaurants et bars trendy et profiterez du soleil sur un transat du Park Martin Luther King. L'appart est très bien desservi (châtelet en 10 min avec la 14), parfait pour visiter Paris.

Spacieux appartement 2 chambres 70m2 avec balcon filant refait à neuf par architecte au cœur du 17eme entre La Plaine Monceau et Batignolles. Tout confort, idéal pour 4 personnes. 4eme étage avec ascenseur, très lumineux, grande baie vitrée avec double vitrage dans toutes les pièces. Salon climatisé, cuisine américaine toute équipée, machine à café à grains. Télé et wifi. Les 2 chambres et le grand salon ont une magnifique vue sur le prestigieux Boulevard Pereire, très arboré et sans vis-à-vis.

I am happy to welcome you! No elevator, only 4 floor! :)

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas
