Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Batignolles, Paris

Margaux's place was truly a marvelous hidden gem in a gorgeous neighborhood. The location has excellent access to parks, restaurants, and the metro. The apartment itself is very clean and elegantly decorated. If you are a larger person or have mobility issues, the bathtub/shower might be difficult, but we had no issue. We will definitely stay again at the next opportunity!

We're thrilled, everything was really great! Élodie and Jules are very helpful and attentive. The apartment is in a great area, in the evening it was quiet and the view is great, everything as described. The metro and supermarkets are also nearby, everything is very easily accessible. We had a great stay in Paris. The location of the apartment was great with easy access on foot or by metro to everything you would want to do in Paris. Plenty of great restaurants, shops and bakeries very close by. Beautiful building full of character; balcony was an added bonus and you can see Sacre Coeur and the top of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. Neighbourhood is very nice. Francoise was a great host and gave us some local tips and recommendations. Merci beaucoup - we would have loved to stay longer :)

We had a great time at Marie's apartment. The neighborhood is awesome with super close proximity to lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Yet, at the same time, her street is quite quiet. We used the metro every day as it was just around the corner. Her apartment was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We are super happy we chose Marie's apartment for our 1-week stay.

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

A place that's above our expectations. Surely the best of those we have visited, in terms of equipment at all levels! In addition, communication with Erlend is excellent. The accommodation is very well located for shops and means of transport. Enough to forget the 4 floors without elevator access. We would absolutely recommend it.

This was the best vacation I had in Paris. Agathe’s apartment is beautiful with a spacious living room with big windows to fully enjoy the view. Location is excellent. I got to walk everywhere or take the metro (station 2 min away). The neighborhood is gorgeous. You can watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the living room couch. Perfect host, super friendly, accommodating, with excellent communication. Grocery store right downstairs with everything you need. Great neighborhood restaurants, pastry shops, juice stores … whatever your heart desires.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus between colleagues. Accommodation located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

We had a great weekend with the girls, clean and a great jacuzzi! Yasmine was very kind in terms of schedules! We'll be back :)

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked out great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available 24/7 for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect and has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It's definitely a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite an unforeseen event on our part, I would recommend it 100%.
