The Apartment, Brougham Hayes

AmberRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We stayed at Ian’s place for a long weekend whilst seeing a concert at the royal crescent. It was a 15 minute walk to there and a 20 minute walk to the centre of bath so perfect location wise. The apartment is wonderful, plenty of space for three people, very quiet inside, comfy beds and a book of recommendations for local places to eat etc. Fresh bread and milk waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. We especially appreciated the fans for each room as we tend to get hot overnight during the summer. Ian really has thought of everything and it’s clear how much care he has put into the set up. He is super friendly and helpful, even letting us use the parking space for a couple of hours after check out as the next people didn’t need it. I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnBs now and this is easily one of the best. You will not be disappointed if you book here!

Modernised Loft in a Historic Georgian Building

DeborahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Top floor apartment was worth the stairs! So prettily decorated just like pics. And VERY CLEAN!! Comfy beds and living area made up for the small bathroom. Perfect location for walking everywhere in Bath. Stunning City with so much history…the Roman Baths exceeded expectations and the Pulteney Bridge was picturesque. Neat shops, parks, architecture! There was a great grocery store nearby. Great check in instructions and it was easy to drop off bags and go park (separate fee) at recommended location a short walk away. If you don’t mind stairs, this is a perfect location for all of your Bath needs. We loved it! Highly recommend!!

Great Pulteney St. Maisonette (parking)

CarlyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My dog and I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect as it’s right on the lovely Pultney street outside of the busy tourist center, but very close distance to Pulteney bridge and the main sights. Was also wonderful for my dog as there are two parks just a few minutes walk and the Bath Skyline is only 20 minutes walk.

We had a lovely stay. Debra was a great host. Our grandson absolutely loved exploring the garden and the views were amazing. Plenty of room in the house for all of us (4 adults, a teenager and two infants). Downstairs is a lovely sociable area and the kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious house, picturesque views & free parking

JessicaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed at Andrew's place for a week whilst visiting Bath for a family wedding and we were delighted with this wonderful home. The house was immaculate, with stunning panaromic views over Bath and we had a fabulous time as a family sitting out and enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery. Andrew provided everything we needed for a great stay, including guides for the local area and all the amenities we needed for a week stay. The house is a wonderful space for larger families like ours to stay in. Check in was seamless and we couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host! We would love to stay here again in the future when we visit our family in Bath, thank you for making my sister's wedding week such a fabulous experience!

Magnificent City Centre Townhouse

MartynaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The place was easy to find and the hosts were flexible and responsive. Very grateful for allowing early check in and surprise bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not quite what you’d hope for. It looked clean but when some of us wore white socks, by bedtime they changed colour, and there were quite a few chips, sticker marks, leftover blue tac etc. With all that being said it was still a great experience and a little damage to socks Paul’s in comparison with great hosts and fantastic location of the place.

Home Away from Home in Bath!

CatherineRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The apartment was just what we needed for a short stay, but was very well equipped if we had stayed longer. Sophia's had all the little touches- towels, toiletries and a welcome hamper which our son was very happy with. Easy short bus ride into Bath with a bus stop just round the corner at the Hub. Spotlessly clean, we'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you Sophia.

We were two couples staying for a weekend in Kate’s. The apartment is comfortable, close to local bus routes, shops and cafes and about a 30 minute walk to the city centre. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Kate’s suggestion for free parking (five minute walk) was great and much appreciated. Highly recommended.

A stunning flat with the most amazing view!

BaileyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a great location and a perfect, private apartment! You couldn’t be closer to all of the incredible sights in Bath. Steps from the Roman Bath and Abbey. The apartment was exactly as listed. For finicky American travelers, there isn’t A/C for this 4th floor unit, but Amanda has provided several fans and you can open the window in the living room for fresh air and a breeze. Spacious bathroom and great shower. I couldn’t find the switch for the stovetop, but Amanda responded in minutes to explain how to turn it on. My only quibble was that the kettle was unusable. It looked like someone tried to boil milk in there. Fortunately, Amanda provides pots, so I just boiled my water the old fashioned way for tea. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for my short stay. She even provided a small thing of milk and a few tea cakes to tide things over. Couldn’t recommend it more! I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to Bath.
