We had a great time staying here, the flat was very clean and really nicely done up. Only a half an hour walk into the centre of Bath and the car parking was a very welcome addition! Nick was very responsive and helpful, instructions were clear and checking in was so easy. Would definitely recommend and we will happily stay here again when we come back to Bath

This well-equipped flat in Bath met more than our expectations. The location was perfect and it was a lovely place to return to each day. It is a bright and airy flat overlooking the street and it has a great shower! The host was responsive to our inquiries and made our stay that much better. We would love to visit Bath again and would return to this accommodation no question about it.

Lovely, peaceful annexe in a charming village—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located between Bath and Bristol. Great value and a welcoming host. Highly recommend!

Margaret was a very responsive and helpful host, and very flexible. The place was ideally located for us, a short walk from Larkhall village and walking distance into central Bath. Her instructions were super clear to follow and the off-street parking space a bonus.

Cannot fault this stay at all. From pre-check in instructions to check out. Everything was easily laid out and communicated. The property is beautiful and perfect for two people. The bed “fluffy cloud” comes to mind! The stay is a 5 minute walk to the centre and there are plenty of food and drink places on the door step. I would highly recommend this property, Ryan was on hand to help if we needed anything. Amazing price, amazing location. Thank you for accommodating us.

Apartment was as described - clean, well presented and good location. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and seating! Helen was a great and communicative host and provided the extra bits we needed without asking which saved us a trip to the shops - the biscuits were a lovely surprise as well! Would recommend this stay.

This was my second time staying at Kelly’s flat and everything was perfect, again! It’s the perfect location in the center of bath with views of the cathedral and square. Quick walk to the train station and the rest of town. Everything feels new, clean and modern with great showers and water pressure, as well as top notch kitchen appliances and tools. I will always stay here when I visit Bath!

We had a lovely stay in Bath. The location was perfect, especially if you arrived via train. Very close proximity to some really good restaurants, bars and attractions. Being close to Waitrose was also ideal. The flat was lovely and clean and the decor was beautiful! The bed was super comfy too. Check-in and -out were also easy with the clear instructions. The only negative to our stay was the noise of the seagulls in the early hours. Not a complaint, as this is out of the owners' control. The bedroom got light quite early too. Overall an amazing stay, we'd definitely come again!

Joanna was an outstanding hostess! She was responsive to our messages and even allowed us to check in early. The location is close to both the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the bus station. We loved walking around Bath - we found nice restaurants and shops near by. We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location to explore Bath and so easy to find! Being right on the doorstep of the Roman baths, we were also able to explore the key landmarks with ease. We parked our car in Avon Street car park (5 mins walk away) and left it there for the duration of our stay as everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance. The Clubhouse was perfect, clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. We barely noticed the hustle and bustle of the city centre until we left the front entrance of the flat. Thank you Leo for the nice touches to the flat that made our stay just that more comfortable! Would definitely recommend if you're staying in Bath!

A lovely couple of days in a modern, clean and quiet apartment. This is a new development by the river, a short walk into the centre of Bath. The apartment has a large balcony, comfy beds and sofa and modern and clean bathrooms and kitchen.

Highly recommended- We had a great stay, an ideal location to travel into bath. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully laid out and had everything we needed. The host was great, sending us check in instructions and directions prior to our arrival and checking that everything had been ok during our stay. Thank you 😊

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

Such a nice flat and garden! The bedroom is so cosy, the lounge is so well decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. The garden is really cute, and the hot tub/area is absolutely perfect. Such a great stay, and perfect location. Thank you so much :) x

Stylish, comfortable, homely accommodation in a fantastic location. The appartment was perfectly equipped for self catering including the provision of useful provisions like teas and coffees. The bedrooms were very comfortable and peace. The welcome flowers were a nice touch especially as it was my travelling companion’s birthday 💐🎂

One of the best places my wife and I have ever stayed on Airbnb. What a find! Immaculate, high quality fixtures and fittings - those staying are in for a fun surprise when using lavatory and bed lol :) The hot tub was the perfect temperature for relaxing (easy instructions). Location wise within easy walking distance of some nice places to eat plus the nearby train station - Bristol is then only 10mins away by rail and an interesting/picturesque place to explore (be aware the ticket purchasing machine at Heynsham isn't obvious but is on the other side of the platform). Once in Bristol, would recommend using Uber to nip up to Clifton (beautiful architecture inc. Suspension Bridge plus more fab places to eat). Our long weekend ended with an easy drive up to and walk around the lovely Westonburt Orboretum. Julie thanks for an amazing stay, the little touches that make all the difference and all your recommendations. We shall be back!

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.
