Townhome vacation rentals in Batangas

This is a bang for your buck place. Has a store just beside it that offers almost everything (even sells brush that can be used for grilling 😂). Host and caretaker is very responsive. It's a bit difficult to park, but caretaker helped us out to maneuver. When we experienced an emergency, they were attentive and responsive, checking on us every now and then. Though, I suggested that they post a list of emergency number in the units they own specially that the municipal emergency response is really topnotch! Overall, even if our stay were hampered by an unfortunate situation of our own doing, we could say that we enjoyed the place we rented. Thank you and hope to return here again.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

Lyn is a great host with a wonderful location in Pontefino residences. The area is centrally located but private with entry gates, so you feel safe and secure at every time. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground just 30 meters away. The streets aren’t busy so you can just walk on the streets. The houses with its colourful paintings are super nice. With just a short walk or drive you are at SM Mall with lots of shopping and dinner 800 meters). A special thanks goes to Joan to administer everything, support and taking care of everything and helped us a lot at anytime. We definitely recommend this place for a stay in Batangas and would book again.

Lamberto's Place is a charming accommodation with excellent parking facilities and a serene environment. The kitchen and living area are beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Giezel, was the perfect host, she went above and beyond and I would recommend her accomodation whenever your in Lipa City. We loved staying at her place and we can’t wait til we come back and stay again.

The host is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The house is complete with amenities, did not need to buy toiletries, water, etc. The host had it all prepared . Would definitely book here again, if we’re going back to the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Disa’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Disa was an amazing host, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. This was my second time staying at this wonderful townhouse Airbnb, and once again, my family and I had a fantastic experience. We've come to really appreciate the layout and amenities of this property. The open-concept living area is perfect for our family to gather and spend quality time together. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals at home. And the bedrooms provide ample privacy and comfort for everyone to get a good night's sleep. One of the best things about this townhouse is the convenient location. It's situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but still just a short drive away from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions we like to visit.

Ms. Lina was such a great host! She granted all of our requests. Her place was, of course, the highlight of our stay. It really felt like home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place!

Edmundo is very kind and accommodating. His place is on the second floor, very spacious, clean with complete toilet and kitchen essentials, more than what my family need for our stay. He even have a disposable razor blades for my husband. It's also surrounded by plants and trees which is a plus for me. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a touch of nature, then this is the perfect place. The only downside, a little bit far from the city center(the place is inside a subdivision), hard to get transportion so you need your own car, and confusing to find the place at first. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Edmundo.

Overall experience was great. Good thing we were early reaching the vicinity because the Maps directions were not accurate. The location pinned was correct but the road leading to the location was on the other side. The place itself is as how you have seen in their posts. Our family had a great time staying at enrico's. Thank you!

Everything’s perfect except we had to wait around 20 minutes at the guard house because their office didn’t inform the guards about the additional person we added.

This place was perfect for my family.. So many things to do outside the house barbeque, swimming, chatting at big outdoor chair, games etc. We came from Canada. We had a good memory at this house. We will definitely come back. The caretaker Rose was very nice and approachable.
