Vacation rentals with lake access in Batangas

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! This place is so lovely! 💕 Super clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Perfect spot for some quality family time. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free as well. Ms. Gestinne is also very responsive, and everything is all set when you arrive—even manuals with all the info you need. Our family really had a great time in the house, we’ll definitely be back—highly recommend! 😍

Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

The house is clean, cozy, and gives off nostalgic, homey vibes—like visiting your grandparents during a family celebration. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a sari-sari store run by a friendly lolo and lola, who may help arrange a tricycle ride if one is parked nearby. The interior is well-kept, though the front grass could use trimming and the exterior might benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Please note that GrabCar pickup isn’t available at this location—the app doesn’t offer it here. However, GrabFood and GrabMart do work, though you may need to coordinate with drivers as the map sometimes shows the wrong street. It might be a mapping issue or just a wierd coincidental glitch.

The house is spacious, more than enough for our small family. Hosts Dustine and Kim are responsive to our queries. The caretaker, Mang Pangyong, was also accommodating whenever we have questions or concerns. The property doesn't have WiFi and there were minor issues but all good, we were able to manage. Overall, it was a great stay, the house is nostalgic, and we were able to host last minute visitors, relatives visiting town.

Jeremiah's place is nice and comfortable. Highly recommended for those who need a place in to deal with their business in the town

I love pico de loro i love the place everything i need its all provided its so clean and thank you kay sir Al sa pag assist samen sa mga amenities sa pico we enjoy the beach club a lot. If you want to relax, chill and renew grabe pico is the best place. sobrang na enjoy ko ang stay namen. at napaka accomodating ng host namen sa mga need namen sa lahat ng amenities or gusto nameng gawin sa island.🥰 we will come back im sure and recommend to my friends and family. At ang isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is perfect ang kitchen, and the room for us napaka linis at complete equip at lakas ng Ac at my heater pa. Sobrang worth yung stay namen we will come back🥰

Stayed with a family of five, enough beds for all. Clean unit. All essential things were available.

Beautiful location. Felt safe and secure. Had lots of things available to do near by. Good restaurants near by. Everything was walking distance. If you need or want groceries for cooking plan ahead.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Nice unit to stay in Tagaytay malapit sa lahat and recommend if nakacommute or sasakyan. Mabait din ang host and legit sila, malinis ang place. Thank you po ulit 😊 we had fun!

 The flat owner, Mr. Joe, was very accommodating and gave us helpful information about the area, as it was our first time in Pico de Loro. The caretaker, Ms. Mheann, was also great—she had a push cart ready to help transport our luggage from arrival to departure, which was especially helpful since we were a group of 7. The building is conveniently located near both the beach and the country club. Although it wasn’t mentioned in the listing (as of the time I’m writing this), Wi-Fi, 4 towels, a clothes rack, and hangers were also provided. I really loved the queen-size bed with the wooden frame! Just a heads-up—be careful with the lower corners, because 2 people from our group accidentally bumped into them and got a bruise hehe. This was my first time booking through Airbnb, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

We had an overnight stay at Casa Gunita (SMDC Wind) from May 31 to June 1, and it truly felt like a home away from home 🏡. The unit was clean, cozy, and fully equipped—kompleto talaga 🧼🍽️🛏️. You can tell the host prepared everything with care 💯. The view of Taal 🌋 from the unit was stunning—ang sarap gumising with that view! 😍 Both the host and her caretaker were super friendly and accommodating 🤗, which made us feel extra welcome. Location is also a big plus—walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and cafes 🛒🍴☕. Sobrang convenient! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and we’d love to stay here again!
