Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Studio in Bastille

Charming studio, located close to Place de la Bastille and the metro. The studio consists of a living room with a sofa and a dining table, the double bed is on the mezzanine and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. The studio is on the ground floor of a typical Parisian paved courtyard and made by an architect. When leaving the courtyard you have plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the Marais and its iconic Place des Vosges 5 minutes away.

My apartment is located between the Place de la Nation and the Place de la Bastille. it is perfect for couples, business travelers and families. the building dates from the 17th century. the apartment is on the 1st floor, in a charming flowery interior courtyard. Bright 70m2 apartment-lots of charm-Large living room, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds each with bathroom (including 1 convertible into 2 single beds). Public transport at the foot of the building (metro, bus and taxis) paid parking spaces are available in the back alley at the bottom of the building.

Charming Apartment on Rue Crémieux on the 3rd floor

Apparently about 25 m² in size. Very bright, located in the beautiful Rue Crémieux known for its lovely pastel-colored houses. The apartment is composed of 2 rooms and has 3 large windows. It can accommodate up to 4 people. However, there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. On the ground floor is an orthoptics office that is open during the day.
