A unique large accommodation with a large dining room and two wonderful living rooms perfect for a multi-generational vacation and or friends. Relax in a newly built villa in the countryside! The house is located on a hill facing south and has three nice bedrooms, each with a double bed and A/C. The master bedroom also has a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a small hot tub, terrace, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, TV and free electric car charging The house has a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, an open kitchen/living room that is a lovely social area with a lovely fireplace, and a laundry room. No parties, kick-offs, or work/conferences are allowed.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the middle of the Bjäre peninsula. Here it is close to both nature and golf course. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Free parking outside the property line. Bring your own sheets and towels, or they are available to borrow for SEK 200/person. Sheets for 160cm and 140cm wide bed.

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

Great place for exploring Bjäre peninsula, and its nature w/ many golf courses, bicycle trails, running and riding. Another option is Hallands väderö where seals are seen around the year. Torekov & Båstad are near and offers great options for dining. Guests can also use tennis course, sauna and heated pool booked w/ an app ( temp access) 3 bedrooms, sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons. It's fully equipped including internet tv and wifi. House also has is a patio w/ a gas grill.
