The lake is located just below the house with access to the plot's own jetty, where you can borrow a boat or canoe. Bicycles are available to borrow. The nearest store is in Ätran, about 8 km. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 700. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, SEK 150 per set.

Skagen is only 15 km away. away and there are 3 km. to Ålbæk with fine shopping opportunities and places to eat. The house is on an enclosed plot of 2500 m2.

Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
