Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Here you live in a guest house, in a wing building, on a small farm near the sea, nature and seven golf courses. In the area, there are many beautiful excursion destinations, such as Norrviken's gardens, Hovs halls and Tora vineyard, as well as nice beaches, hiking and biking trails. The newly renovated, and fully equipped, 80m2 house has large living areas. The house has two patios and there is access to a large lawn.

Renovated house with 200 meters to the sea and all of Båstad's range of harbor, beach, tennis and nature within walking distance. The house offers a large and well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing balcony with barbecue for wonderful dinners in the nice garden.
