A small place to stay when travelling for work or visiting the area. Approximately 300 yards from Bentley Wood nature reserve. It’s a cosy cabin with very basic appliances/cups/bowls/dishes etc in the centre of a tiny village. There is a microwave, a 2 place countertop hob. A little fridge freezer. A bathroom with sink and shower. Towels provided I have had a couple poor reviews as there is nothing to do in the area, so ideal for a quiet stay!!! There is of course WiFi, tv, and board games.

Located 6 minute drive to Newbury town and 1 minute walk to closest bus stop. 8 minute drive to Newbury Race course. 8 minute junction 13 M4.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples, train station 20 min walk , bus stop 5 min walk , shops & few nice cafe & restaurants in walking distance , very close to main q a hospital, the annex is completely separate from main house , with key lock to let yourselfs in & out , plenty of free parking underfloor heating to keep you nice and warm . Lovely quiet , relaxing retreat. Can put up a 3 rd bed if needed at extra charge bit cramped for 3 , more suitable for 2 guests .

Oakwoods, much built in Medieval times, has been lovingly restored by "Grand Designer (Ch 4)" - Monty. Great garden swing. There is a cinema room, minstrels gallery, grand piano, walk-on glass well, open fires, warm brickwork, low beams & panoramic views. Board games, darts and ping pong, plus yoga instructor (by appointment). All around are fields & forests, magical walks and wildlife. Extra guests possible, please ask. Car charging at 3kw is possible at cost.
