Access is very direct from the M3 or M4 with Basingstoke or Reading being our local towns. You’ll love our quiet location and cosy, self contained accommodation. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or small families (with kids). We have direct access to Pamber Forest via our rear paddocks that adjoin the property.

Great little annex , we had a family party and just needed to stay one night . Dani’s instructions were clear , the annex was clean , the sofa bed was great as we were 2 adults and a child .

I had a great stay at The Ivy Annexe. The place is very comfortable and it has everything you need. Kicthen is fully equipped and modern, there is also cosy living space area with TV, sofa, books etc. Bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is also modern and spacious. The host has left a lot of complimentary items like biscuits, chocolates, drinks, milk, juice and many more which was a lovely surprise. Jane Austen's house is just next door, there is also a pub and a park. I would strongly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing flat in Reading. The pictures don’t do the flat justice! The decor and furniture helped create an incredibly warm and cozy home feel! The flat was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you’d want. Additionally the communication from Lizzie and Cent prior to the booking and during the entire stay was phenomenal. Exactly as described, absolutely lovely little stay. Immaculate and very well thought out layout for a small apartment. We stayed for 2 nights for ascot races and it was ideal. 10 min uber to the races and minimal traffic. Will absolutely recommend to people for a lovely stay.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. What a weekend! Desperately needed a little getaway and this was perfect! Had everything we needed, the hot tub was incredible and very peaceful. Although it was near to Heathrow, the planes didn't bother us at all. Complete privacy, we took advantage of the games that were available and any queries we had were responded to very quickly. Will definitely go back!! ❤️
