Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Basilicata

Nous avons logé une nuit chez Rocio à l’occasion d’un passage à Matera. L’emplacement est génial car on peut arriver en voiture, parking juste devant pour décharger les valises. Je confirme qu’il faut 5mn à pied pour accéder aux Sassi, et là, la magie opère illico. Nous avons fait une bonne dizaine de kms en arrivant en fin d’après-midi pour visiter ce site exceptionnel. Rocio a été très attentionné, nous demandant si le chauffage était suffisant, etc… communication fluide et amicale. Nous recommandons vivement, allez-y sans hésiter !

Muy amplio y cómodo. La ubicación perfecta para llegar caminando a la Città Vecchia. Muchas opciones de restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Cuando llegamos Marcos nos había dejado café, galletas y los famosos orecchiette para probar. Excelente atención!!!’

Abbiamo alloggiato in due adulti e una bambina per 7 giorni. La casa si presentava come da foto e descrizione pulita e completa di tutti i confort. Carmine ci ha lasciato il frigorifero pieno di frutta e tutto il necessario per la colazione. Dal balcone si gode di una splendida vista e il paese è accogliente. A pochi passi dalla casa è sempre possibile trovare parcheggio. Lo consiglio

5 stars is not enough for Caterina as a host, she is the kindest host on the planet. She met us at the gas station in pouring rain, and low cloud, and showed us the apartment nearby. She provided warm coats (!) and a heater as it was particularly cold. There was home baked cake and cupboards full of food, unbelievable for the price. The apartment occupies the lower 2 floors of a 5 storey house. Caterina lives above and is available if any help is needed. The apartment has its own entrance and parking. The photos and description are accurate. The entrance hall is huge, and the dining, living and kitchen areas are large. The bedroom too is large with a double bed and 2 single beds. By contrast, the bathroom is small but it has all that you need (shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet). There are interesting artworks and photos throughout the apartment Laurino is a small, quiet place, and not very touristy - exactly what we like. The Cilento National Park has much to offer. La Basilicata è una regione stupenda, piena di fascino. Barbara, la nostra host, ci ha guidato nello scegliere i posti da visitare che sono andati oltre i classici siti archeologici di cui la Magna Grecia è ricca. Questo ci ha consentito di conoscere meglio la cultura lucana e ne siamo molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento pulitissimo (e io sono una maniaca del pulito) e dotato di tutti i comfort, ha fatto in modo che il soggiorno fosse ancora più gradevole. La presenza della piscina, grande e ben tenuta, ci ha rinfrescato i pomeriggi tornando dal mare nelle ore più calde per poi riprendere le nostre uscite in serata. Siamo molto contenti!

Emanueles place is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos! It is has a stunning balcony and right in the middle of the action but just far enough away for it to be quiet! Emanuele also helped us when we accidentally lost the key for the car park and he was so kind and courteous to us even when we were panicking! Check in was great and I would 100 percent recommend staying here!

Gianpoalo's home is beautiful! The pictures of the stunning view only tell part of the story. As soon as you arrive, you feel welcomed and at peace. There is the tranquility that only a lovely setting in nature as this can provide. And then, there is the generous and kind Gianpaolo who was always quick to respond and full of good suggestions. He lives in the house adjoining the apartments so he is close while never intrusive. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a kitchen full of the tools we needed for cooking. Aperitivi by the hammock were our favorite moments. Near to the very charming town of Torraca, busier Sapri, and the gorgeous Campania and Basilicata coasts, this is a true gem of a find. We will be back!

This was really the easiest Airbnb transaction ever. The communication with the host was immediate and clear. The location is awesome in terms of getting to it and then access into old city.

Angelique und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns auch mit Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. DieWohnung war sehr sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Von der grossen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die wunderschöne Umgebung. Beim Empfang stand ein Prosecco und etwas zu knabbern auf dem Tisch sowie gab es Wasser und Milch im Kühlschrank. Auch einige Grundnahrungsmittel waren vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeit steht beim Haus zur freien Verfügung. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Angelique und ihre Familie. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Bellissima esperienza, da rifare. Casa molto accogliente e pulita, proprietaria cordiale e disponibile, cucina ben accessoriata, tutto nuovo e curata nei dettagli. Posizione comoda, parcheggio davanti la porta, zona ben servita e a 5 minuti a piedi sei nel centro del bellissimo e storico paese . Da questo paese, al centro della Basilicata ,puoi partire per visitarla facilmente . Troppo poco un giorno, non vedo l ora di tornare

La casa di Giosuè è un vero gioiello immerso nella meravigliosa campagna nell'entroterra di Maratea. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della casa , semplicemente perfetta e dotata di ogni confort. Il giardino è stupendo per non parlare delle colazioni sotto la veranda ammirando il paesaggio! È inoltre strategica per visitare alcuni dei siti più belli della Basilicata. Non avremmo più voluto andarcene!

Fantastic time in a gorgeous house. Suited for one or two families, located right on the beach! Morning swims, then luxuriating in the tasteful garden or house. Well equipped, lacks nothing. And Villemare is charming, Cilento great to explore. We will be back.

I had the pleasure of staying at Claudia’s apartment in Matera, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute drive close to the heart of Matera, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, yet the apartment itself remains quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Claudia’s attention to detail is evident, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. What truly made my stay memorable was Claudia’s exceptional hospitality. She was always available for any questions, offering helpful local tips and making sure everything was perfect. I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. If you’re visiting Matera, I highly recommend staying at Claudia’s apartment. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely return!

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti nel grazioso appartamento della signora Anna, una donna gentile e simpatica che ci ha accolti all'ingresso del villaggio. L'appartamento è ben curato e di recente costruzione , dotato di tutti i comfort inclusa l'aria condizionata. Torneremo sicuramente per un soggiorno più lungo.

Michael & Katie’s apartment in Bari is an excellent base for a trip to Bari. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and has a courtyard. As it is on the ground floor it is also ideal for travellers who find stairs challenging. The apartment is really well located - easy to get to from Bari Centrale station, close to the historical centre, and in an attractive street in a lovely part of town. Michael & Katie’s suggestions re restaurants and coffee bars were great, we enjoyed two of the restaurants recommended and became regulars for morning coffee and pastries at another. Michael and Katia are excellent communicators and very responsive to any requests.

Francesco was very helpful and provided great recommendations. The place is really great, specially for the price we paid. It has lots of room, nice balcony, and good internet. We were really confortable. At first I was a bit worried about the parking because we had 2 cars, but the parking was not an issue. Even though the parking is in the street, it is right in front of the property, and there are lots of spaces, so no need to worry about that. Also, it is very safe.

Non abbiamo conosciuto direttamente il sig. Giacinto, ma si è dimostrato una persona corretta e affidabile nel gestire il soggiorno online. Ottima posizione, ammobiliato con cura dei particolari e con ottima pulizia. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend piacevole che sicuramente consiglieremo a chi vorrà trascorrere alcuni giorni nell’incantevole Matera

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato Elena, la mamma di Vincenzo, che è stata molto gentile ad aspettare il nostro arrivo più tardi dell’orario di check-in previsto. La casa è dotata di tutti i servizi descritti tanto da farti sentire come se fossi a casa tua. Pulizia ed ordine la fanno da padrone. La posizione dell’alloggio è strategica tra i vari punti di interesse della località e a cinque minuti dalle spiagge più vicine. Che dire, cinque stelle meritate!

Consigliatissimo! non fatevi ingannare dalle dimensioni ridotte, c'è tutto ciò che serve. Ambiente ben organizzato e rifinito con gusto moderno ed elegante. Pulizia impeccabile, host disponibile e subito reperibile. Posizione ottima, nella zona esclusiva di Bari.
