Large open space penthouse loft (650 sq ft) with a huge terrace (1600 sq ft) and astonishing sea view and over surrounding hills. Air conditioning for full comfort in Summer. Excellent for romantic getaways and family holidays. Living/bedroom accomodating 4 persons. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Huge terrace with large beach umbrella (14 x 10 ft), 1 sunbed, table and chairs. Weekly holidays preferred in July-August. Boat fishing and trips upon reservation with the owner.

Maria Pia and her husband are friendly and helpful geniuses! We were traveling by car and they took care of a public parking space in front of the house for us, since it is difficult to get one, we were very pleased with this gesture! Highly recommended for visiting one of the world's three oldest cities!

Giancarmine is a great host! The view was amazing and scario is a very lovely place with graet beaches and clear water! The tiny stone house is created by himself and with some cool details like the light Installation! We loved the time in scario! Grazie
