The main entrance from the parking area has an electronic lock. When you arrive, we'll give you a pin to open the door. 2 families live in the house, the access hallway to the staircase is shared. Chances are you will meet someone.

This tiny house is beautifully situated between two small natural ponds and features a spacious terrace with a grill and wood stove. It is surrounded by horse paddocks, an open stable within view, and the Hexenburg riding facility nearby. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two sleeping lofts with double beds accommodate up to five guests, and the sofa area can be converted into an additional sleeping space.

There is a small lake and the "Flössel" stream. In winter, the house in the forest is the starting point for ski hikes through the surrounding landscape conservation area.

Free cribs and high chairs are available for our little guests. Please register before arrival. Likewise, all cottages are equipped with stair gates.
