The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
