A great stay! I was very satisfied! The loft is brand new, compact, comfortable and functional. Ideal for couples or a pair of friends. The host has absolutely EVERYTHING you might need. Various bed linens, bath linens, cleaning products, lots of kitchen utensils, a full laundry in the back, with a tank, washing machine, even a cooler, for those who want to go to the beach. Capsule coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, blender… Really a very complete accommodation! Communication with the host is easy, she responds quickly and is always willing to help with anything you need. Both check-in and check-out were super easy and quick. It is close to the lagoon and there are bakeries, markets, convenience stores, butcher shop, pharmacy, petshop, etc. in the vicinity. I will certainly return to this accommodation on future trips to Barra Velha.

Impeccable house, well-equipped with appliances and bedding, foot in the sand and close to other quiet and family beaches. We had a great stay, home is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable, close to markets and restaurants, a family atmosphere. We will definitely go back.

We went to take my son to the parks, near Beto Carrero, by car about 20 minutes without traffic, well-equipped apartment, everything we needed was available, below the condominium, pizzeria, mini market and restaurant available, receptive host and answered questions clearly.

Tiago's apartment is outstanding! Very well located, close to the beach – we walked there every day. The space is well equipped, with everything we need to cook during the stay. The condominium is cozy and, although we have not used it, we realized that it is great for those with children. Tiago was super attentive from start to finish, and the co-hosts who welcomed us were extremely receptive and friendly, giving us all the necessary support. We highly recommend it!

Super quiet place, a few steps from the beach, everything is very clean and organized, helpful host, only the parking space is a little confusing, but we were super satisfied!

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful, organized, clean, full of kitchen items and utensils, and has a great location. In the surroundings, there are restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, convenience stores, access to the beach and the square, which has a very beautiful lake to watch the sunset. All points can be reached on foot, without relying on transportation. The apartment has a partial view of the beach, the street is very quiet and I had no problems with noise even though it is surrounded by commercial spots.

We just loved our stay! The apartment is super nice, clean, well-equipped and with a surreal view of the sea – it even felt like being part of it. Everything is very organized, clean and fragrant linens, super comfortable mattresses... Access to the condominium is easy, with markets nearby (about 7 minutes by car). The city was super calm – maybe because it was midweek and out of season – but that was exactly what we wanted, since we had a child. The host was always polite, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We recommended too much and we would definitely come back.

Excellent accommodation, all very well cared for and organized in the apartment. Bianca was a great host, from the first contact, ease of checkin and checkout. The condominium is very complete and seaside, so we were able to enjoy a lot of the stay! It has conveniences in front of the condominium that make everyday life easier. I highly recommend you stay.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

New,clean,well decorated and beautifully equipped apt. Hosts who are willing and quick to respond. They left until they enter before their apt time. New condominium with many leisure options:swimming pools ,sauna,gym, beach tennis court, game room.Pray in clean and safe front. Only suggestion :put a fan or air conditioning in the room,as it gets a lot of afternoon sun and the balcony facing the city and not the beach.

My stay at Balneário Piçarras was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described: clean, organized and very cozy. Self-check-in made it a lot easier, no worries about keys or garage control. The location is great, close to the beach, perfect for enjoying the coast without needing a car. The host was extremely kind and attentive. I loved the experience and we'll definitely be back!
