Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Barra Velha

We had an excellent stay! The apartment was impeccably clean and well organized and had literally everything we needed in it, from towels, linens and appliances in general, to details like a mini sewing kit, I thought it was amazing. In fact, I think it's the most complete apartment I've ever rented around here, it really had everything! The hostess, besides being dear, is very attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed it. The location is also great, just across the street and in a few meters you can see the sea, very practical. I highly recommend it!

This was my first AirBnb reservation, the photos were my reference and upon arrival, in addition to the good service from the host, the property is much better than the photos, not only do I recommend it but I intend to return again, safe location, quiet beach, exactly what I was looking for.

Wonderful apartment, faithfully corresponding to the listing. Great location, just across the street and you're already by the beach. It has chairs, a sunshade and a cart to take to the beach. We definitely intend to return!

Our stay was great! Excellent condominium, Easy to make check in, check out too. Ap a very cozy and beautiful grace! All new and clean! The view is incredible! The adorable pools! And we were also greeted with snack and fruit! And the communication always excellent! Thanks!

The apartment is beautiful and new. Very well equipped and furnished. Nice views. The kitchen had more appliances than I thought it would have. The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived we had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to bring us the key to get in, and the instructions said that access was all by biometric data. If I had known that and I had let them know when I was arriving, it surely wouldn't have happened, but it wasn't clear. After that, everything was perfect. 100% recommended.

Small but beautiful apartment, impeccable and very comfortable. Convenient location, very quiet street and close to the beach. It has an amazing view. I would have stayed much longer if I had known beforehand that it would be so good.

The house is beautiful, great to enjoy with a large group of people, the backgrounds are perfect, with a soccer/ volleyball field and space for the fire. The house inspires love and care. We were very happy in those 7 days.

We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

The land is very large, it was great for the dogs to stay, as there was plenty of room for them to run, wall with plenty of privacy. The hosts were friendly and made themselves available in case we needed anything. The area is beautiful and safe, very close to Grant Beach, with a market nearby. The house is very cozy, great mattresses and pillows, very good TV, it has everything you need to spend several days.

Ana is an excellent host! Always helpful and responded super fast. The house is excellent, very clean, fragrant, with several utensils providing greater comfort and coziness! It's 1000/10 🥰 We'll definitely come back more often!

We were 5 adults, a closed and quiet place, although weekend fills the very respectful people, for example, no loud music. If you are looking for a quiet and family place it is highly recommended. Being closed it is very secure. It has beach access, as pictured. On the days we touch the sea was bravo, I love that's the coast of Barra Velha. I did not see cleaning the municipality or whoever it is, the garbage/dirt that the sea brings to the beach. On the beach there is a caipira and food salesman who has his local nearby and there are no street vendors except for one who step by selling ice cream.

Excellent stay! The place was much better than we expected, waking up to the sound of the waves and this amazing view was wonderful! Super complete condominium, excellent for children and families!

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
