To stay these days at Dona Kelly's ape, is to feel at home, smelly apartment, impeccable lencois, excellent trousers. The kitchen has all utensils, impeccable bathrooms, in the rooms Perfect air conditioning, comfortable bed to forget to wake up, as for the excellent location, in front of the river and the beach, it has a supermarket, lottery, pharmacy butcher, bakery all next door. The adult and child pools of the perfect condominium, I loved it, I want to go back other times, I recommend it to everyone! Super indico!! She is an excellent host! I will return more often for sure.

The place is great. The apartment is studio type, just a bedroom environment with plenty of closet and a countertop and bathroom. We arrived and found everything very clean and tidy, especially the bathroom, which is always our biggest requirement, and it was very clean. The pool is great, we don't even have to worry about taking the kids somewhere else. The stay was worth it! I recommend it

Andressa's apartment in the Iloa Residence is impeccable, with modern décor, comfortable bedroom and well-equipped kitchen. The condominium has a great location, although it is not close to the beach, but it is close to everything. The infrastructure is great, the apartment is like in the description. We only had a breakdown on arrival and the apartment was dirty, but Franciele was super proactive and even from afar solved the issue quickly for us. Great stay, even though it was fast, I'd be back for sure!

we stayed at the flat for 6 nights and it really was very good! The flat has everything you can imagine: kitchen equipment such as microwave, airfryer, stove, fridge, sandwich maker and outside there still has barbecue! It offers several games, two tvs, lanterns, bathrobe and even has a wonderful bathtub! We still get two wines and a champagne! We love so much. gustavo is a super attentive and helpful host! The place of the flat is the great one, it is literally steps of a beautiful beach!! Thank you very much gustavo!! Thank you very much!

The stay was excellent, we were at 7 people, all well accommodated. The 3 bedrooms are large and the air condition (of wall that makes normal noise of it) are new and good. All impeccable. My family from Santa Catarina loved it and have already elected the best place in Barra de São Miguel to return. O Homemeiro, Mr. Antônio super helpful and takes care of everything leaving the patio and the pool super show! The beach of the shells that is in front, you can only go at low tide, but it is very beautiful, if you have the courage to walk a little more there are places to enter the very beautiful water. The trade is close by, with bakery and markets. The Host, João Marcelo, always helpful and attentive. We'll be back for sure!

The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. If you're looking for a place to have unforgettable moments for your family, this is the right place ❤️
