The house is comfortable and has 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a balcony on the upper floor (access via stairs), a living/dining room, an outdoor leisure area with a shower and barbecue grill, a laundry area and a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils. In addition to full access to the house and private parking for one car, you can use the common outdoor leisure areas of the condominium, which have a swimming pool and barbecue area. It has Wi-Fi in the living room and new air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

It is also a few steps, 50 m, from a beautiful beach with reefs, which at low tide form natural pools, excellent for children or even adults. The house, in addition to being beautiful, is quite comfortable and fully equipped. If you want peace, quiet, fresh air and easy access to explore the beautiful warm water beaches of the north and south coast of Alagoas, the location is perfect. You and your family will love it!!
