Everything is perfect, the flat is exactly as shown in the photos, close to everything, markets, restaurants, shops, bakery and beach. Simone responds quickly, and left us treats, very kind. The apartment is very clean, new linens, great air conditioning.

Accommodation with an excellent location, with easy access to the main tourist spots of Maceió. The surroundings have the main services: laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, etc. There are two beach chairs and a cooler in the accommodation, which demonstrates the attention to detail. Finally, a comfortable place to stay in Maceió.

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they didn't bother us, just sirens at specific times, nothing that bothered us.

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.

We were in Maceió and had a spectacular time. The beaches are amazing, with warm waters and dreamy landscapes. The location of the accommodation was key to getting around comfortably and enjoying both the center and the quieter beaches. Very friendly people, delicious food (the seafood is a must!) and we have beautiful family memories. Thank you for everything!

Villas do Pratagy is a beautiful place, great to come with the family, the children loved too much, especially the pool.

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

My stay was absolutely unforgettable. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, it is from those places that already at the entrance you feel that it was thought with affection in every detail. Extremely organized, beautiful, functional and complete for real. Each corner was designed to accommodate, from the soft lighting to the comfort items that seemed to read my thoughts. The hostess came as a surprise aside: considerate, present when we need it and with a rare sensitivity to create an environment that embraces. Sleeping here is like resting in a cocoon of silence, the sound insulation is so effective that the rest actually happens. And wake up with the sea of Maceió calling you by the balcony… it is indescribable. The view calms, inspires and delights. I felt embraced by this place. The building has incredible leisure areas, with wonderful experiences, that sunset is unique and will be a memory that I will carry forever in my life. I believe it was a stay with soul, comfort and essence.

The host's service was excellent; the apartment was beautiful, clean, equipped, impeccable. Everything works out of 10. The concierge staff treated us very well. Kitchen equipped with all the utensils for cooking. We felt very comfortable in the place. I'd go back to the same place

It was excellent! The apartment is very well located, close to the beach, with a market, bakery, laundry, etc., on the same street. The building is very safe, well located, the apartment is very clean, just like the photos advertised, it has a hair dryer, towels, sheets and clean blankets. The leisure area is really cool, and communication with Mats was quick. I have nothing but praise for the accommodation and the place, which is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it, one of the best places.

It's been an amazing time at that place. I loved it when I saw that there was a baby feeding chair and a little grocery store, my baby enjoyed it a lot. Very beautiful and comfortable house, structured condominium with a beautiful view. We just miss a clothesline and towel rack in the bathrooms.

The stay is exactly as the photos show. There's no secret, you can go without fear. The employee Leila is very attentive and helpful with questions, always attentive to the phone. The pool is the perfect size for the number of guests the house accommodates, as is the sauna. The rooms are comfortable. Clean Jacuzzi and working perfectly well. The location is very good, close to the beach and it is possible to walk. The surroundings have some streets that are not yet paved (which is totally common in beach regions) but this does not detract from the beauty of the stay. I recommend the stay without fear.

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.
