Da qui potrete raggiungere con facilità il centro di Bologna e altre zone di interesse della città grazie alla fermata dell' autobus situata a 100m dalla casa. All'interno della casa potrete usufruire di un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura con accesso ad un'ampia camera con letto matrimoniale ed un bagno.

It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! Cozy and quiet studio in the city centre

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.
