Davide and his wife are first and foremost two wonderful people and this is already worth the trip. If you consider Barete to be an oasis of peace and possibility, then you're in the right place. Always responsive host, available for any requests and very discreet. Me, my company, and our cat were divinely. Impeccable house, very fragrant, very clean and spacious. Central location but secluded. Three terraces overlooking mountains and gardens that Davide and his wife take care of, sharing and offering us excellent tomatoes and jams. In Barete you go with the intention of looking for trekking and bike rides (Komoot tip), to rest, to visit and to enjoy some fun at the trattoria of the village (unique and highly recommended). We would definitely go back, places and people so they don't forget.

If you are looking for a place to regenerate your body and mind, you are in the right place. We stayed two nights in this beautiful cottage, far from the chaos; the welcome was impeccable, the lady super kind and very nice. In addition to the beautiful atmosphere, the highlight was the barbecue. We left a piece of our heart here, and we hope to have the opportunity to return ♥️

What a great find! This beautiful, comfortable apartment is so clean and modern we thought it might be newly renovated, but learned it was renovated in 2017 after the earthquake. And we thought we might be some of the first guests – wrong again, Fabrizio has nearly 150 reviews. It is one of the best equipped and best stocked Airbnbs we have encountered (it even had ice and ice trays). It was very easy to walk to museums, shops and cafes in the city center. We found a large range of excellent restaurants thanks to Fabrizio’s advice and are already thinking about when we might return. Many thanks Fabrizio!
