Está perfectamete comunicado por transporte publico a cualquier punto de la ciudad y a Ferias y Congresos. Este apartamento espacioso es una estupenda elección para su visita a Barcelona. Nada más entrar al apartamento, le dará la bienvenida 'Cobi', la mascota de los juegos olímpicos de Barcelona 1992. El salón comedor tiene un cómodo sofa esquinero que se convierte en cama, TV satélite, teléfono y internet wifi free. En el salón el huésped podrá relajarse tras un día de turismo por Barcelona, compartir y planificar las nuevas salidas o trabajar con su ordenador. Las grandes puertas acristaladas dan a un pequeño balcón que permite que entre mucha luz natural. La mesa del comedor puede acomodar perfectamente a todos los huéspedes. La cocina, que se encuentra junto al salón, esta completamente equipada para que usted pueda cocinar como en casa. Dispone de una zona con lavadero anexa a la cocina. Este tranquilo apartamento dispone de 4 dormitorios con cómodas camas de látex de 80x200. Los tres primeros disponen cada uno de camas individuales y el cuarto dispone de una cama matrimonial. Amazing house in Sarria - Sant Gervasi neighborhood and next to Gracia neighborhood. It is very bright house and with large spaces; it is a unique house. It has a swimming pool with a garden with small stones. An attic for moments of relaxation. A large kitchen for several diner guests, living room, studio, etc. You also have an elevator and parking. Five minutes away from the subway: First station, Gracia, second station, Diagonal, then Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Cataluña (center of Barcelona). The neighborhood is very quiet because it is a residential area, but it is close to Gracia, the fashionable nightlife district of Barcelona. The average price per week is 2,500 Euros and includes everything (electricity, gas, sheets, and final cleaning). The booking method is made through a temporary contract and a deposit of 20%. Our home contemplates all the amenities that a large family needs, friends, even a couple who want to disconnect knowing that they will be knocking on the incredible Casa Batlló and overlooking Casa Milà. *Please note that the street facade is under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a break from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This is not in our hands nor is it directly in our apartment.
