gorgeous 400-meter garden house

The house was restored in 2003. The house has 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a beautiful private garden of 400 square meters. In it you can park up to 4 cars and an automatic sliding door to enter them. The house is located in the old town of the village,You can walk around the village without having to take the car. There is a grocery store on the same street and around there are the shops needed to spend the days. The distance to Barcelona is 20 km,to the Costa Brava is 90 km. Very close is the outlet La Roca Village , as well as the Montmeló Gp motorcycle circuit. 5 minutes from the house is the train station that leads directly to Plaza Cataluña in Barcelona center. Its proximity to Barcelona means that the visitor can be in Barcelona all day, whether working or sightseeing, and at night they can return to the house to dinner in the beautiful and quiet garden.
