A typically newyorkan style semi-loft space, the property is located in one of the very best areas in Barcelona - at walking distance from the city centre, the city’s main avenue Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s famous buildings. Enchanting and welcoming, the loft is divided in two main areas - a wide sitting/dining room with integrated kitchen on one hand and open space bedroom and bathroom on the other. By the way, you don't want to forget to take a nice relaxing long bath! You know why? The bathroom will surprise you with a fabulous Jacuzzi! Thick brick walls, high ceilings with fully restored rustic Catalan wooden elements add onto the property that special note of history and character that makes it unique. The deco is vintage while it benefits of great interior natural light thanks to the exterior balconies on two sides - overlooking Aribau Street. The furniture varies from vintage items to unique pieces I found in antiques markets and I then personally restored, to a few modern units - all in all giving the place a personal charm! The flat sleeps up to 4 people thanks to its very comfortable sofa bed. Nevertheless, don't forget that the space is limited and a good degree of friendship is required to share a reduced space! The flat is fully equipped and you will need to bring but your suitcase to come and enjoy your stay in Barcelona! It has all been sorted for you: bathroom towels, bedding, air/con, central heating, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc, are included! On top of that you will find available some of the basic kitchen ingredients like milk, bread, sugar, salt, olive oil...and....surprise!...a bottle of local wine ...to get you nicely relaxed on your holiday! I am a mum of two - so should you need any baby equipment - no need to travel it over - I could help with that! HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Fantastic house with jacuzzy ideal for families

Spacious villa with good amenities and activities. Clean. But lived in feel which was a positive as we also felt like we could live in it whilst staying. Everything seemed to work. Some niggles. At top of a steep hill, so troublesome for the less able to walk anywhere from. Also very tight spiral staircase is the only access to the bunk beds upstairs, and the pool table, again off limits to the less able and perhaps children. Jacuzzi has a good view down the valley, but under heavy spikey tree cover. We found location really difficult if wanted to use taxi or public transport. But we enjoyed our stay which is all that really counts.

The villa is quiet in a residential neighborhood, but just a few blocks from amazing beaches and a bustling downtown. The train and bus stations are a bit of a walk, and be sure to check your schedules going into and back from Barcelona. But if you want to relax, and enjoy peaceful surroundings, this home is perfect!

The Hills Villa in Sitges is a wonderful place to relax with family and friends. It offers a nice garden with several areas and a swimming pools. It is close to the airport and supermarkets. A recommended stay. Also the staff is responsive. It was a pity that we could not use the jacuzzi because it was out of service.

The host was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were able to help organise taxis and offer support where we needed it. They were responsive and communicated quickly when we had some minor issues. The villa is beautiful and in a very peaceful part of town. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay.

Really surprised, the kindness and affection with which they treated us left us all really surprised, it is a very large house and small things can always happen, but even so we communicated them via telephone and they came immediately with the solution. We went for work and would return every time we work in Barcelona again. Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing time at Villa Caprici! The house was perfect - we were a group of 15 for a hen do. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking for a big group very easy. Ignasi was the perfect host and really has thought of everything; he was super helpful, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you, Ignasi, for such a wonderful weekend! The only suggestion I would make to future guests is to use the local taxi service for transfers to and from the villa. There is a street in Sitges town that is very similar in name to the Villa Caprici address. When trying to book a transfer through another company back to the airport, they were unable to find us which was a little stressful. The local taxi company was able to get us a car very quickly so we made our flight on-time. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Caprici!

We chose the accommodation for a bachelorette party. We got along very well with Jack from the beginning and he answered all questions in a friendly, courteous and quick manner. The villa was definitely worth it. In case of problems, Jack was always immediately on the spot and always helpful. This place is rather inconspicuous from the outside and gave us some wow moments. You have everything you need. For shopping, a rental car is an advantage and a supermarket with everything you need can be reached in under 10 minutes. If we go back to Barcelona, this place is definitely our number one. The pool with the integrated hot tub is simply the eye-catcher of the villa. You have sun all day and the sunset is also breathtaking. The design and also the entire atmosphere of the accommodation was impressive. You don't feel uncomfortable for a second. We look forward to another visit.
