Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: pool, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics, etc. The island is also home to a garden-forest which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Charming 4-star gîte in Charente Maritime. Winter by the fire, summer by the pool! We offer 3 Gîtes for two people in the Logis des Chauvins, including the Garden Gîte. The eighteenth-century Logis des Chauvins is situated in the heart of a one-hectare park in Port D'Envaux, a former shipping village. Its special location on the banks of the Charente makes it particularly attractive, with numerous walks, swimming and water sports just a 3-minute walk away...

Loft with a hot tub and sauna

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Domaine Réole – 3-star cottage, 2 bedrooms

Welcome to Réole, a fully renovated 18th century Charentaise, in the heart of a 7-hectare wooded park, surrounded by vineyards, woods and preserved natural areas. The independent family cottage (70 m2) is fully equipped and consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large living room. You can enjoy the outdoor spaces available to you: wooded park, pond and the pool area on the edge of the woods.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.

Come and discover the Charentaise countryside, in the heart of the Cognaçais Vineyard, in Grande Champagne, on a winery. I provide you with a new 50m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. You can take advantage of the family heated swimming pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.
