Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Such a wonderful, historic apartment!! We particularly appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony - simply stunning! The apartment was quiet, comfortable and pristinely clean… with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. San Gimignano is gorgeous but staying at Luca’s apartment made our experience unforgettable. Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

Wow! Danke an die Familie für diesen unglaublichen Ort und diese schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum..so romantisch, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Io ed il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento di Vittoria. Una splendida vista su Firenze, perfetta per bere un bicchiere di Vino con di fronte la Cupola del Brunelleschi, l’appartamento era pulito, curato e come descrizione. Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and peaceful location nestled between olive trees and vineyards, right in the heart of nature. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy scenic walks through the surrounding hills. It's about a 45–50 minute walk down to Greve, and the charming medieval village of Montefioralle is also within walking distance, with a small but nice selection of restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, with fans in the main rooms and a functional, fully stocked kitchen. The garden and outdoor area are a real highlight too - especially the lovely terrace, perfect for dining and relaxing. But the true highlight of our stay were Tamara & Luciano! We've rarely met such warm and welcoming hosts. From the very beginning, they made us feel at home, greeted us with open arms, treated us with homemade culinary touches, and were always available if we needed anything. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back anytime.

The accommodations matched the description, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the backyard views were stunning.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

Spacieux appartement de charme en plein cœur de Florence (5 min. À pied du Rialto ou du Duomo). Un beau jardin bien entretenu et privatif permet de profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtesse est pleine de bons conseils. J’y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!
