Nice flat, close to two beautiful beaches (reachable by foot)! Super nice view from the terrace.

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

Für uns nachvollziehbar und begrüßenswert: der Preis ist für die Lage. Für uns würde zuviel Luxus diese in den Schatten stellen. Ein paar Erneuerungen insbesondere die Einrichtung einer gemütlichen Ecke, in der man es sich gemeinsam und auch mal kuschlig machen kann, würden dennoch nicht schaden. Wir hatten so oder so eine sehr gute Zeit und haben die Naturbegegnungen, die Aussicht, den Sternenhimmel, das Meer und nicht zuletzt das Abseits von überfüllten Stränden ausgiebig genossen.

Traumhaft! Wir waren mit 3 kleinen Kindern in dem Apartment. Der Außenbereich bietet viel Platz und eine klare Abgrenzung. Auch die Innenräume sind perfekt für Familien. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist optimal. Die Lage ist großartig- nahe am Meer. Ungefährlicher Weg. Ein ruhiger Ort mit vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür.

Fede und Rosy sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach sympathisch. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft schön, und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und wirkt wie aus einem Bilderbuch – ruhig, idyllisch und total romantisch. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Very special accommodation directly by the sea! Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean, swimming in the private natural pool down the cliff and admiring beautiful sunsets with the sight of islands at the horizon. In my opinion the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has the special charme of a renovated shelter. If you love the ocean and don’t need a lot of comfort this place is for you! We absolutely loved it :) thank you Fabio for hosting us and for the kind communication!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Federico. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige kleine Manko war die duschkabiene, wir hatten 2 mal direkt die ganze schiebetür in der Dusche. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder ✌️

Villa Messina la rinominerei villa dei tramonti.. abbiamo trascorso in questa lussuosa casa una settimana e ogni sera abbiamo potuto ammirare tramonti spettacolari, la casa è di abbondante metratura con un grandissimo soggiorno camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno spazioso. Piscina privata con vista sul mare spettacolare .. siamo stati bene località molto silenziosa e tranquilla , appena fuori da Capoliveri lontana dal traffico ma comodo punto di partenza per visitare l intera isola .Davide è stato molto disponibile ci ha fatto trovare il lettino per neonati come abbiamo richiesto. 5 stelle + . Spero un giorno ritorneremo.

Marta ist eine super Gastgeberin, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit! Wenn man gute Archtigktur zu schäzten weiss, dann ist die Wohnung ein wirkliches Erlebnis. Aussserdem ist der Ort unglaublich schön gelegen und einfach perfekt, wenn man sich erholen möchte. Capo d' Arco besticht mit seiner familiären Atmosphäre, gut unterhaltenen Facilities und der wunderschöner Narur. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Italo verbracht. Die Wohnung hatte alles wir brauchten. Bequeme Betten, gut augestattete Küche, gemütliche Zimmer, schöner Garten und ein herrliches Pool. Italo und Simona sind sehr nett und haben uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Well, what can I say. If your friend was running an airbnb in Italy you couldn't be more sure of having the perfect trip than if you book with Paola! She looked after us so well, we really couldn't have asked for more. Some people you meet in life deserve six stars but sadly we can't give that on this site so she'll have to make do with five. The accommodation is rustic Italian and the location is beautiful. The rest you'll have to find out for yourself but suffice to say, you don't have a rating like she does for no reason! Nothing was too much trouble, and she welcomed our children with open arms. Thank you Paola, hopefully we'll see you again!

In Tanjas Airbnb haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt für alle, die – wie wir – mit ihrem Hund Urlaub machen. Die Ruhe des Landlebens nur wenige Meter von Strand und Meer entfernt – für uns ein wahres Paradies. Da es sich um einen Agriturismo handelt, haben wir besonders die Möglichkeit geschätzt, frische Eier und Gemüse zu kaufen. Eine glatte Eins mit Sternchen – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Wohnung aus! Meerblick, Sonnenuntergänge, Blick auf Korsika... die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. obwohl die Vermieter gleich nebenan wohnen, hatte man immer seine Privatsphäre und sie sind sehr freundlich. perfekt, wenn man viel Natur und Ruhe möchte und um den Westen von Elba erkunden...

Eine sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung im Herzen des lebendigen und reizenden Städtchens Capoliveri. Sie war noch schöner als erwartet! Sowohl Restaurants als auch Geschäfte sind fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Verschiedene schöne Strände sind mit den Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Luca ist ein charmanter Gastgeber, der sich kümmert und sehr gut erreichbar ist.

Elisabetta ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin: sehr hilfreich immer zu erreichen und gibt gerne Tipps für den Ort. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt, ein herzlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Wirklich alles da und in perfektem Zustand. Modern und vielseitig eingerichtet. Sowohl die "Ortsmitte" von Pescaia als auch der Strand waren schnell fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen rund um die Wohnung. Sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos ist in der Nachbarschaft (AC und DC). Wir haben die kleine Terrasse genossen. Selbst für unseren Hund waren liebevoll Näpfe, Snackbeutel, ein Liegekissen und eine Wasserflasche extra für den Hund für Unterwegs vorbereitet. Grossartig. Sehr gerne wieder und wir können Elisabetta und die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Wir durften vier wunderschöne Wochen dort verbringen. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Veranda und der Garten sind ein Highlight. Bäcker, Mini-Markt, Metzger, diverse kleine Restaurants, eine Bar direkt am Meer sind alle fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Menschen dort sind wahnsinnig nett! Francesco ist äußerst aufmerksam! Er hatte Kaffee, einen Obstkorb, Zutaten für ein erstes Essen und eine Flasche Wein bereitgestellt, sodass wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten. Und er war bei Fragen und für Tipps jederzeit erreichbar! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft von Daniel ist wie auf den Bildern und im Inserat beschrieben und für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend! Alles war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch Daniela war immer für uns persönlich erreichbar und sehr flexibel was den Check-In anging - vielen Dank dafür! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen 🙂

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni con i nostri due bassotti nella casa di Stefano e Paola. La casa è per due persone e corrisponde a quanto indicato. I nostri cani erano al sicuro in quanto è tutto chiuso. Posto molto tranquillo, rilassante e discreto. La spiaggia, il centro e gli ottimi ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi, evitando quindi l'uso dell'auto. Paola e Stefano sono stati molto gentili e sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta di informazioni. Tutto perfetto, grazie di cuore a entrambi per l'ospitalità, torneremo sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliata. Mirella e Paolo
