Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

We stayed with Branka and her husband for two weeks. The place is as shown on the pictures and in the description. There is everything you need to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation! The two are amazing hosts. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful and kind! If you have any questions, you always had an open ear for us and when the oven didn't work properly, you immediately ordered a new one and had it installed. Thank you for a great stay with you!

Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

This little stone house in Ulcinj looks traditional on the outside, but is brand-spanking new and modern on the inside. The setting among olive trees is delightful. It was easy to communicate with the hosts, who were helpful and patient. The center of town is a 15-minute walk from the house, while the old town is another 15 minutes on top of that, while the bus station was a 10-minute, 15-euro ride. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Zoran's father, Zdravko, contacted us the day before he arrived. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. He had made all the notifications before we arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door and introduced the house we were staying in detail. When we said we were here for a honeymoon, his wife Tatjana made a cake for us at home and even left drinks with it. We are very happy with this courtesy. The house was peaceful and very beautiful, as shown in the photos. It had its own pool, a pier where you could swim, and even a canoe you could use. Details such as bagels and play balls that you can use at sea or in the pool were also considered. The house was quite clean and equipped to meet all our needs. It also had a parking lot. If you're looking for a peaceful, private space, this is the place for you. The sunset and the view were really fascinating. Thank you very much again to Zdravko and Tatjana! :)

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dzemala's place, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at home. The space is not only beautifully decorated but also extremely comfortable and well-equipped. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming environment for guests. Modern, clean and decorated with good taste. The location is also fantastic – only the over balcony view is worth millions! What really stood out, though, was Dzemala's family hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions on how to check in and offering local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located place with an attentive host, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

We loved everything about our stay at the Sunset House, especially the stunning view during the day as well as around sunset. Mehmed was very proactive in communicating. He recommended us a boat trip which was amazing to discover hidden gems around the coast. Although the location is kind of remote and therefore a paradise for everyone who wants to relax privately, you are very well siuated between the cities Stari Bar and Ulcinj. Highly recommend!

The Forest of Fluta is a beautiful and family-friendly place, where you can enjoy the lush greenery and the majestic olive trees that give the area a truly magical atmosphere. Highly recommended

A great apartment to stay with a toddler. A son could spend every moment outdoors running around the garden. Quiet neighborhood, gives a sense of privacy. From the window you can see the beach - a rocky but beautiful color of the water. We drove to the experience. Clean, elegant, well-maintained, I recommend it.

Great location, 5 minutes to the sea, 2 minutes to the market. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

In general, I have a very good impression of the stay, the place is at the top, so the car will definitely not be unnecessary, but there is no problem with parking, I recommend😁

Great value for money! We really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with an amazing mountain view. The apartment had everything we needed. There are a couple of local convenience stores with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other essentials just a five-minute walk away. Demir and his family are very friendly and responsive hosts.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the most recommended house!The room is exactly as seen in the photos, with a great view, especially at sunset.And the house was very clean!Everything in the room is fully equipped, including all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc., which is very easy to use and also brings us a lot of convenience.The hosts Petar and Alex are very nice, they recommended us a lot of fun places that only locals know, and their responses are usually very timely, if you come to Montenegro, I highly recommend staying in this room.🥰

This place is unbelievable and if it's available I would just book it. Balcony view has to be seen to believe. Nice deck to swim from and great host.

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

We've just had an amazing stay at Jovana's. The apartment is decorated beautifully and was extremely clean. The highlight though was the terrace which has the most beautiful view across the bay, I could've sat there all day watching the world go by! We managed to find the apartment relatively easily and it was perfect having the parking garage to park our rental car. It's an easy and quick walk to Kotor old town which is stunning and has so many restaurants/shops. Though of course with the apartment being uphill, the walk back was tougher, but still not too bad! Jovana was extremely pleasant to communicate with and very accommodating with our schedule. Overall, a perfect stay and would recommend to all! 🙂

Excellent directions with photos to guide you through the old town to the apartment. There are stairs to navigate with luggage but hand rails and well lit with motion lights. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, and cozy right in the heart of old town. So convenient for excellent restaurants and shopping. It is close to the north entrance so easier to transport your luggage when arriving and departing. If you are an early and very light sleeper the surrounding night clubs can be a little noisy at night. Not a problem for us. Would highly recommend a responsive host, beautiful apartment, and outstanding location. Five Stars!
