Nice own room with all facilities including fast Wifi, central heating, nice view to the park. Quiet and relaxed. Ideal for studying and working. Use of a Bicycle whilst you stay with us. This will be your main form of transport in Cambridge as it is very common for people to bike around. It will also save you a small fortune.
“I enjoyed my stay with Luis and Claudia. The flat was clean, quiet and comfortable. Luis is a superb host and goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is a pleasant one. I look forward to staying here again.”

“Absolutely love this gorgeous place. For once the pictures don't do it justice. Everything is very new and super clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there were fresh eggs, milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, jam, marmalade and chocolates waiting for me when I arrived - perfect after waking at 4am, driving 3 hours and then working until 7pm. The place was easy to find even in the dark - not something that usually happens. Even the key box was easy - again not always a given. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well each night. The tv is a proper tv, big and easy to work - just like you have in your own home probably - again not an Airbnb standard. The shower worked fine and the bathroom wasn't cramped at all. There are lovely pubs close by, I went to the one that was a short drive away and the food was excellent. Will definitely be staying again.”
Lovely room in Impington, near the famous Walter Gropius’s Impington village college and close to centre of Cambridge. Historic towns of Ely, Newmarket, St Ives, Bury St Edmunds are close and access to London is easy by car (A14 and M11) and train (50 mins from Cambridge station) or a little more from the near Waterbeach station avoiding going to Cambridge center. We are friendly, welcoming and want to help your stay with us be a pleasant experience.
“Clean, stylist yet homely house. Rita's art work is a bright and stylist addition to the decor. Both Rita and Eduardo are an engaging couple and conversations are pleasant and interesting. The house is well taken care of and the clean towels and linen make for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and a nice place to lay one's head.”
