La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due piccole con letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale). Lenzuola e asciugamani NON sono presenti. Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e deposito sci. Area verde di proprietà.
