Dotato di aria condizionata in ogni stanza, dispone di una grande cucina con induzione, forno elettrico e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da due ampie camere matrimoniali, una grande camera con 4 letti singoli e due bagni con cabina doccia. In giardino l'appartamento dispone di uno spazio con tavoli e ombrelloni per mangiare all'aperto, con barbecue.

La casetta è a circa un km dal borgo medievale di Suvereto, " uno dei più belli d'Italia ". La spiaggia più vicina è a circa 15 minuti.Animali ammessi.LUGLIO e AGOSTO consentiti solo soggiorni settimanali da sabato a sabato.
