I absolutely loved my stay! The place was super cozy, spotless, and just like in the photos. Communication was easy, quick, and really kind – I felt welcome right away. There’s a supermarket, great restaurants, and cute cafés nearby, yet it’s super quiet and surrounded by greenery and nature. Would definitely come back – highly recommend!

If you are looking for luxury on the beach front then this is the place for you. The views from the living area and master bedroom are to die for and the location is very peaceful and private. Chris (the host) was incredibly helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay and we really appreciated his recommendations. The villa itself has very serene and tasteful decor and the beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We had an amazing stay at this villa and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. The location is super convenient if you have a scooter, as it gives you easy access to all the nearby hotspots while still being tucked away in a quiet, relaxing area. The villa itself was perfect for me and my girlfriend. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and really well thought out in terms of layout and amenities. Everything we needed was there—from kitchenware, towels to a great TV setup and cozy touches that made it feel like home. You can tell that a lot of care was put into making the space welcoming and functional. Shoutout to Cecile and Johann—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and super quick to respond any time we had a question or needed anything. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You really feel taken care of. Thanks again, def. would wanna come back!!

Wir waren jetzt innerhalb von ca. 10 Jahren das dritte Mal bei Bodo im Hill Village und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.., Super Host, Super Unterkunft, Super Lage… Petra & Stephan

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön. Die Wohnung ist im Garten der Familie, es ist schön ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Man kann vom Garten direkt ins Wasser springen und das Meer ist warm und sauber. Es gibt kaum Wellen, was da Schwimmen sehr angenehm macht. Die Familie ist sehr nett und lieb und immer hilfsbereit. Sie haben sogar für uns gewaschen. Wir hatten eine so erholsame Zeit und würden immer wieder dort hingehen. Auf jeden Fall eine 10/10!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Der Pool einfach nur toll. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt. Uns wurde bei allen Anliegen (Scooter, Taxi, etc.) geholfen. Würden jederzeit zurückkommen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!!

I had a great stay here and would call it a luxury villa. All fittings and accessories were top notch. It’s in a quiet area with lots of privacy. The energy is very calm and welcoming and I loved lying in the hammock with no external thoughts. Would have loved to stay longer. To pamper yourself on the island would be to stay here. It’s a level above my other stays on the island.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft! Von außen nicht einsehbar und mit viel Privatsphäre – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und durchdacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Tout était parfait l'appartement est incroyable et la vue également. Seul petit bémol pour la piscine qui est assez loin et l'accès pentue qui est un peu embêtant car les chauffeurs ne veulent pas monter jusqu'en haut.

Ayant habiter dans différents logements pendant mon séjour à Pha-ngan pour moi et de loin le logement de James Paul est l'un des meilleurs au vu de l'emplacement ce qu'il propose et pour le rapport qualité prix. Je recommande et reviendrai le plus vite possible !

Io e altri 3 amici siamo stati nella fantastica villetta di Yaniv e Tamara per 3 notti a Koh Phangan. Tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione e Tamara è stata super gentile e amichevole durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie anche alle diverse informazioni forniteci e alla velocità con la quale hanno seguito le nostre richieste. Peccato per le maree che non ci hanno permesso di usufruire anche del mare antistante. Grazie ancora. Molto consigliato

Sehr schönes sauberes und luxuriöses Penthouse! Mit wahnsinniger Aussicht auf das schöne Meer sowie die Nachbar Inseln. Der Pool war immer sauber und die Hausanlage wurde ständig gesäubert. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert und war auf dem neusten Stand. Die hat uns gut getan und nicht krank gemacht. Schöne letzter Aufenthalt. Es ist natürlich nicht das günstigste aber den Preis Wert! Man bekommt sehr viel für sein Geld geboten. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas hoch und die Straße noch nicht asphaltiert aber das ging auch mit unseren Mietwagen der wenig ps hatte ohne Allrad bei Regen Wind und wetter! Vielen Dank

El apartamento super tranquilo a la orilla del mar. Si buscas tranquilidad es tu sitio. La zona es buena tambien. El acceso es lo unico que esta mal. Camino de tierra y con muchos agujeros.

This place was perfect, the apartment is spacious and clean, there’s a lovely pool to relax in with amazing views and the host was always there when we needed something. Lovely stay and would come back again!

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

L’accueil se fait par le personnel de l’hôtel situé dans le même complexe, personnel très accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le logement se trouve à côté d’un Resort où vous pouvez accéder à la piscine. Le logement est très bien et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Comme précisé sur l’annonce et les autres commentaires, aucun ménage ne sera fait sauf si vous payez 500bht. À environ 20/30 minutes à pieds du centre de Chaweng et environ 200bht pour 2 en tuktuk. Chao est très réactif et à votre écoute, je recommande à 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Kändes otroligt lyxigt att på Penthouse då vi hade hela terrassen för oss själva på kvällarna ! Låg mittemellan Chaweng & Lamai så ville man kunde bestämma själv om man ville ha lugnt eller se massa folk !

The apartment was very lovely and we got to check in early. Unfortunately there was an emergency water leakage in the upstairs apartment and they were doing some acute renovations during the two days we were planning to stay there. It was a surprise for everyone but Oshin was very helpful from the beginning to the end and she was quick with the full refund. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay there but would definitely recommend and Oshin was extremely helpful host. Thank you

Если вы на байке, то это идеальное место для жилья. Сама квартира в прекрасном состоянии, ухоженная и стильная. Быстрый интернет, этот момент был нам очень важен для работы из жилья. Также отзывчивый персонал, мы попросили обновить сковороду, и нам ее купили на следующий день. Оплата за коммунальные услуги за 2 недели вышла около 50$.
