The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

This fully furnished, sunny and second floor apartment is located in a cozy neighborhood adjacent to Groningen's Noorderplantoen, a desirable green area characterized by early 20th century architecture and brick roads. You have the entire floor to yourself, this includes a Livingroom, a bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom, toilet and kitchen.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
