There is a steep staircase to the attic that can be used as a storage room for suitcases, etc. An older child could also sleep there, although it is not an official living space. The apartment is 45 sqm and has a balcony overlooking the harbor

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
