You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Die im Erdgeschoss liegende 2 Raum Ferienwohnung Lachmöwe by DeJu in Norderney ist ca. 43 qm groß, verfügt über eine private Terrasse (ca. 10 qm) und liegt direkt am Weststrand. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert.

The apartment Deichtraum is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach can be comfortably reached in about 1300 m on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

A warm greeting from the beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea coast! The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a zone of 30, yet in the heart of the beautiful '' bear town'' Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes' drive away.

Cozy apartment with terrace

Look forward to a relaxing stay in our cozy and centrally located apartment. The apartment is ideal for a vacation for two or just to relax for a few days alone. The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Lütje Düün - ...is a small apartment in the basement of the house - bright and friendly thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows to the enchanting south-facing terrace. Perfect for a small family with 3-4 people. You can expect a feeling of well-being with a touch of boho-Scandi design. Visit us - you can't live closer to the beach on Juist!

Listed house

Exceptional, beautiful and cozy, this spacious accommodation offers space for a relaxing break for 2 people in a listed house with its own terrace and a large garden. Quiet yet close to the center in Norden. A wood-burning stove provides charming coziness on gray days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this accommodation.

Ocean view for two to six

Our 60 sqm apartment on the 6th floor with great views over the sea is stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Two separate bedrooms (double bed; four single beds) offer enough space for couples, but also families with up to six people. Here you can enjoy Norderney and the North Sea at large.

Cozy in the villa close to the sea

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. We now also rent it to vacation guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sand stand or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
