Kilcoobin Cottage - 1 mile from Giants Causeway

NigelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fabulous stay at Kilcoobin cottage. It is very well equipped and comfortable....a real home from home. The surroundings are quiet and the views spectacular. There are 2 sitting rooms to choose from. The kitchen is large and very well-eqipped. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe/ drawer space. We took our youngest grandchildren aged 10years and 6 years for the first time and, despite some mixed weather there was lots for them to do in the surrounding area. Beaches are clean and very few people about. The people who we did meet were friendly and welcoming. There are some good restaurants close by. Kilcoobin is a calm oasis where we could relax and leave our hectic lives behind.

Seaside cottage near Promenade and Marina.

BeckyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A well appointed home from home with everything we needed including tea/coffee, washing up liquid, shower gel etc. It was a lovely surprise to find a pint of milk, some squash and some chocolate snacks waiting for us - very thoughtful of our host. Check in was easy and we were within walking distance of local shops, pubs, the beach and the ferry to Rathlin Island. The home was just what we were looking for. Thank you

This home was idilic- it was quaint cottage feel on the outside but modern and fully functioning in the inside - the host left home made scones - such a nice touch and so welcoming after a long journey - lots of local recommendations- gentle stroll to the Harbour and a sunset to die for- can’t wait to go back and highly recommend.

Traditional Irish Cottage near Ballycastle

We had a brilliant three days at The Bothy. The house and garden were absolutely gorgeous. It was so peaceful and the beds were so comfortable. April kindly left some delicious home made brown bread and jam and another few essentials which was very thoughtful. The kids had a great time with the games available. We played rounders in the garden and had an epic game of Monopoly! The TV had Netflix which was great for them after a long day sightseeing. The shower was amazing!! Lovely and hot and great pressure. The location is perfect, close to all the sights. April and Neil were really friendly and welcoming. I didn’t want to leave! Thanks very much.
