This was such an amazing stay! My only regret was not booking more than one day here. But Diane was the sweetest for allowing us to check out later. She was super communicative and considerate. As for the space, it was super spacious for my boyfriend and I! We enjoyed a movie night in the living room before getting a good nights rest in the comfy king-sized bed. The water machine was truly appreciated as well. This place had amazing amenities, comfortable furniture, a peaceful neighborhood, and beautiful backyard. Thank you so much again Diane!!!

We had a very lovely stay in the apartment. The building was so interesting, with lots of history in the neighborhood. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us. What little time we spent there was perfect for us. There were lots of streaming options, the kitchen was small but easy to work in and the bed was super comfortable! There was a white noise machine which was a nice touch, We did not use it but great idea. Our stay was focused on fairground events so this was very convenient to that as well as the train, the historic pier and restaurants, the beach, etc - all between 5-10 minutes away. There was a Vons market and CVS very close by for stocking up. All to say it was a very convenient location. There is a secured parking spot in the building which is also great. David was super responsive and helpful. There are some parks and trails nearby, sadly we did not have time to explore but if we go to Ventura again, I would definitely stay here.

Sherry was one of the best airbnb hosts I ever experienced, she really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. The living/dining area was somewhat on the small side, so I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 adults and a child, but it worked great for us! Would absolutely stay here again. Location is very convenient, and there is a really nice walking trail in the open space behind the property. We had a great time in SLO!

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Thank you Landon & Evie for letting us stay at your special place!

This home was great! Absolutely no complaints! Corey and the team were very proactive in contacting us and everything was super clear. In case your group brings two cars, just know there's only one parking spot on the property but plenty of street parking nearby. My group had two cars and I had absolutely no issue finding parking and the area felt really pretty safe. Highly recommend for a weekend trip to check out SLO and that part of the central coast!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Watermark B in Carpinteria. It was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and the center of town. Carpinteria is active without being loud, and these accommodations were the perfect spot to take in Carpinteria. Pro-tip: there are boogie boards, beach chairs and toys in the laundry area.

Cathy’s place is a gem! Beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

We were in Los Alamos for my daughter's wedding at the Maker's Son. The location of the Centennial House was perfect, it was just a short walk to the venue. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and Kat's attention to detail is evident throughout. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping our family experience a beautiful weekend!

The perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting the area. Wendy was great and flexible, the place was clean and homey with great nearby shops.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

I LOVED Shannon's place so much that it was hard to pull myself away when we had to leave. It was so comfortable, airy, comfortable, clean, peaceful and basically, perfect. I really really enjoyed my time at Shannon's little oasis. It was a reminder of all the things I love about Southern California indoor / outdoor living - outdoor shower and dining table outside, fire pit, hammock, etc. Honestly, best Airbnb I have stayed in in ages! HIGHLY recommend.

Chrystine was a fantastic host who was always responsive and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The home was very cozy and clean with a great yard perfect for enjoying the nice weather. We were minutes just away from Solvang and many other great locations around the area. We cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful 5 nights at this Beautiful House right on the ocean. The house is well equipped and well cared for, and a very peaceful retreat with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, and the living room/dining room has a great TV and sound system. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus just a few minutes from some great hiking right on the water.

The stay at the cottage was amazing. The cottage was in pristine condition, super cute and private and just perfect for a short stroll to the beach. Sitting outside under the lights and spending time in the jacuzzi was so relaxing. Lance was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely return to this place on another trip to Santa Barbara.

Brooke’s home was INCREDIBLE. It had everything you would want to make it feel like home away from home. Especially traveling with kids, Brooke had everything you could need for the 0-5 age range. Brooke was an incredible host, proactive and super communicative. Her place was also impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We hope to stay here again and absolutely worth every penny of our stay! Highly recommend!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!

Comfortable place in a great location. It is in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the beach, but also only about a 30 minute walk to the far end of the downtown area. I was able to walk to so many activities. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of extras (like herbs, condiments, foil, plastic baggies, or that sort of thing), but has basic utensils and equipment. It was pretty quiet for the most part and it was fairly easy to find parking as long as I followed the few restrictions. One of the nicest perks was being able to hear the southing fountain outside (because the windows were open). It was a nice sound to sleep with. Instructions were clear for the most part, but I needed a little clarification on the lock box. It was nice to have a contact person on site that could quickly talk me through it over the phone.
