Raymond was the best host I ever had. He was so accommodating with our early check in and offered a late check out which was so kind. Raymond was so responsible to all my questions and requests. Raymond’s house is located at a great location. We can walk to the beach, walk to the restaurants and markets and his house is also located close to the downtown and the train station. My friends and I loved staying at Raymond’s. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the neighborhood. We would love to come back.

The perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting the area. Wendy was great and flexible, the place was clean and homey with great nearby shops.

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

This is a second time booking this place and it never disappoints. Everything is in a walkable distance, dog friendly, spacious private yard, and a lot of room to be able to fit your family. I would definitely book again, my weekend was extra special with my family with this booking. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay here! Very spacious, peaceful and CLEAN! Our kids loved it as well! They loved the backyard! We can’t wait to come back to this special place!

The place was really really great. Had big and clean kitchen and i was travelling with 7 people but it had huge space in the sitting area as well as bigger rooms, overall i had an amazing stay. My family was happier than ever. Totally looking forward to visit again. Reid and Jacy are very generous and kind.

Jolie and the cabin were amazing! Great with communication and desired to make sure we had everything we needed, even willing to go above and beyond most other places. My boyfriend and I had a great time!

Very responsive host, very clean house and outside area. Accessible to stores and food places. Host always available for questions or concerns. Quiet neighbors and spacious parking! Spacious house with many amenities included and toys for children to play with as well as floaters for the pool. Animal friendly and family welcoming. Will definitely try to book here again. My family loved it !

Martha was a terrific host. The place is simply gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows in the living room that presents the most majestic view. Another previous guest made a comment about the glare affecting TV viewing in the living room, but we didn’t experience that. My family, with 2 little boys, loved playing in the individual spaces that brought so much character to the place. Wonderful place to just unplug. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Staying at Joy’s mountain cabin was truly magical. From the moment I arrived, I was speechless, the house is breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by nature and filled with an indescribable peace. Joy was incredibly flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which made everything even more special. Even though I stayed for a short time , it felt like days !!!! that’s how relaxing and healing the experience was. Every detail in the cabin was cozy and thoughtfully designed. The silence, the energy of the place, the connection with nature… it was exactly what I needed in that moment. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Joy, for creating such a soulful space.

Cozy cabin was a great basecamp for our family. We loved the loft upstairs, the place had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Nice location to explore Pine Mountain Club - beautiful hikes abound just at the end of the street. Enjoyed it!

My wife and I spend 2 nights in A-Frame celebrating my birthday and had a wonderful time! Our dogs loved it as well. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We cooked food, watched movies, listened to music, played Scrabble, and walked our dogs around the neighborhood. Felt so cozy the entire stay. We especially liked the nostalgia with all the VHS tapes. We put on an old movie every night as we drifted off to sleep. We got out to have my birthday dinner at The Perch and HIGHLY recommend. It has the feeling of a neighborhood dive bar with fantastic views of the mountains, but with elevated (no pun intended) food and cocktails. Seriously delicious food. I'd love to try the whole menu! We can't wait to go back when it's snowing to try their clam chowder, which many people recommended to us. A great trip! We were looking for a low-key, relaxing vacation and that's exactly what we found.

This home is tucked on the hillside with beautiful view of the mountains and is very private. It is basically a separate studio attached to main home with its own private entrance and deck. I loved hanging out on the deck enjoying the breeze and listening the wind chimes. Very peaceful. There's a trail head close by if you like to hike also.

We loved staying at Camp Cottonwood — from the charming design to the lovely garden, to the very convenient proximity to town (specifically Bells) it was a great place to stay for the long weekend. Look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Los Alamos!

Our stay at Donald’s place was lovely. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood about 3 miles from UCSB so far enough away from college life but close enough to visit our daughter. Place was immaculate, instructions were clear and Donald was helpful when we inquired about local spots and hikes amongst others. The lofted bedrooms were great in that people could sleep upstairs and people can hang out downstairs too. Provided ACs were necessary during the day as it did get hot during our visit and made for very comfortable sleeping. It is a quick drive into Santa Barbara and we even ventured north to a wind cave hike (at Donald’s suggestion) and the town of Solvang, less than 30 minutes away. There is an outdoor table and chairs but we didn’t use because there was no sun shade in the patio area. My only comment, and it is minor, is that it would be nice to have some lounge chairs and umbrella in the patio area to enjoy a bit more. Overall, a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Thanks for sharing your amazing A-Frame. We had a great time and the new upgrades are great (sauna and BBQ area). Appreciate visiting the area and trying new things so this checked all the boxes. Thanks again.

This spot could not be more perfectly located for someone wanting to experience and spend time in Downtown SLO. The amenities and space were well stocked and helpfully organized. The entire place has so much charm and immediately felt at home. Check in was easy to do on my own and I was able to find parking right out front for my entire stay. Being just blocks from the main street of downtown SLO makes it perfect if you want to be walk to meals or coffee or downtown activities.

Such a beautiful nature spot! Wish I’d booked another night so I could spend a whole day by the creek. I’ll definitely be back again!
