The place was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The perfect place to stay for a few nights when visiting the area. Wendy was great and flexible, the place was clean and homey with great nearby shops.

Chelsea’s place is a gem in SLO. It is situated in a prime location where you can walk 1 min to the Co-Op grocery store or 4-5 min to restaurants nearby. The house itself had all the amenities listed and was very spacious. It was perfect for working remotely. Chelsea was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

We had an amazing stay here! Very spacious, peaceful and CLEAN! Our kids loved it as well! They loved the backyard! We can’t wait to come back to this special place!

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. My children came from out of state to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a great way to spend time with the family. The house is clean and clutter free. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed game time around the table. This was our first trip to Solvang and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great weekend. Lots of memories are made.

This cottage is so special. If you are looking for a getaway to reset and connect to nature this is for you. It was so nice to be tucked away and close to nature yet close enough for short drive to town/activities. Jennifer was a great host, so accommodating and responsive. We went to a few of her recommendations in the manual and enjoyed them all. You can tell how much love goes into this property. It was a very peaceful, special stay, we would be thrilled to go again.

We absolutely loved staying at Nate’s yurt. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the outdoor kitchen was perfectly equipped, the compost toilet actually smelled nice (I was dreading this the most), the land is BEAUTIFUL, the animals were adorable, the hammock was comfy, the campfire was perfectly sized… did I mention that we loved staying at Nate’s? =) He was a perfect host and the eggs were delicious! It’s clear the space is maintained with love and care to detail that only comes when people are passionate about something. Nate and his partner have created a lovely space for people to come relax and enjoy — free to be whoever they want to be and relax away from the pressures of life to enjoy nature and good company. Definitely bring your groceries and earplugs (roosters are active). I hope I get to return soon! I might even bring my daughter next time. I know she’s love the petting zoo and short hike on the property.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was just as described and the host was super friendly and welcoming. We got to use the hot tub and enjoyed our time under the stars while the friendly orange cat, Nacho, kept us company. I definitely recommend it!

Brian's place was the perfect spot for our family's celebration of my 65th birthday and my Grandson Sonny's 1st birthday party. My daughter teaches and lives at Dunn School, so Brian's place was within walking distance to her school and downtown Los Olivos. We celebrated my birthday at the area restaurants on Saturday and had Sonny's Party at Brian's place on Sunday. Standouts included a great outdoor grill and spacious outside area for all the guests, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances inside the house, plenty of seating inside and out, outdoor games for kids and adults, an in-ground outdoor fireplace, with s'more ingredients supplied by Brian for the fire. Spa available, maybe we will try it next time:) Brian reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!

The airstream was cute, private and comfortable. The landscaping and the space that surrounds the airstream truly makes you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. My wife and I enjoyed the tranquility it provided when we weren't out in town. If you can accept the RV style toilet and shower for what it is, then this is a perfect couple's getaway. Tracy’s Peaceful Suite was indeed peaceful. The location was close to the water, hikes and restaurants. Her attention to detail was impeccable! Everything was perfect, inviting and clean! Beautiful casita next to the big house. The vineyard nearby is beautiful to drive along and its central between two towns. Lovely stay.

Such a fantastic location and the front patio is so dreamy to sit and relax on. You can hear the ocean from there and you can walk to the Ocean in about three minutes. The house is super comfortable, quiet and a great place to stay if you’re exploring the central Coast area very easily accessible to many many beaches and also cute downtown areas and restaurants. If you’re into birdwatching, there is lots of birds to see and the cutest group of ducks that’s hang out just down the street. Love this part of California and it was nice to have a soft and quiet place to land after a day of exploring.

We loved staying at Camp Cottonwood — from the charming design to the lovely garden, to the very convenient proximity to town (specifically Bells) it was a great place to stay for the long weekend. Look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Los Alamos!

We've been to some luxury AirBnb's and I actually liked Harvey's place better. It has the vibe of what AirBnb was all about years ago -- a simple charming local place, fit for the area, with all that's needed for a very comfortable stay. And the garden! The garden is beautiful. We had our breakfasts there and that really started the day right. Thanks for hosting us!

Our stay at Donald’s place was lovely. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood about 3 miles from UCSB so far enough away from college life but close enough to visit our daughter. Place was immaculate, instructions were clear and Donald was helpful when we inquired about local spots and hikes amongst others. The lofted bedrooms were great in that people could sleep upstairs and people can hang out downstairs too. Provided ACs were necessary during the day as it did get hot during our visit and made for very comfortable sleeping. It is a quick drive into Santa Barbara and we even ventured north to a wind cave hike (at Donald’s suggestion) and the town of Solvang, less than 30 minutes away. There is an outdoor table and chairs but we didn’t use because there was no sun shade in the patio area. My only comment, and it is minor, is that it would be nice to have some lounge chairs and umbrella in the patio area to enjoy a bit more. Overall, a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This spot could not be more perfectly located for someone wanting to experience and spend time in Downtown SLO. The amenities and space were well stocked and helpfully organized. The entire place has so much charm and immediately felt at home. Check in was easy to do on my own and I was able to find parking right out front for my entire stay. Being just blocks from the main street of downtown SLO makes it perfect if you want to be walk to meals or coffee or downtown activities.
