Games, comic books, fire pit, trampoline, fireplace, everything is present. It is located in the middle of the woods, with a spacious garden. Enjoy the birds, bunnies, squirrels. Walk right into the woods from the cottage. Playground, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool are available at the park. Please note this park is a quiet park!

Behind our renovated farmhouse stands a wonderful, free-standing holiday home surrounded by meadows, between Nieuwleusen and Balkbrug. The cottage is equipped with every comfort and the garden offers a lot of privacy. In the nearby area there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car.

Here in quiet Frisian Rohel you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and hiking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace on the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden.
