(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom & jacuzzi

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Steelhouse - your forest escape by the lake

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, tegen extra kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust

Met een prachtig landschap met bossen, weilanden en een ooievaarsnest vlak naast uw woning is dit een onvergetelijke ervaring. In de prachtige tuin omgeven door natuur komt u helemaal tot ontspanning. Het karakteristieke Reestdal loft is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief heerlijk bubbelbad. Deze woning kan gehuurd worden op basis van week, midweek en weekend, en ligt aan wandel- en fietsroutes.

In tegenstelling tot in de beschrijving genoemd, delen we geen ruimtes. Kamer, badkamer en toilet zijn uitsluitend voor u bestemd. Om de dag goed te beginnen is het ook mogelijk om een lekker ontbijtje te boeken voor € 12,- per persoon. Optioneel verzorgen wij een heerlijk diner. Dit is altijd in overleg. Informeer gerust.

Hier in Drenthe waar de tijd lijkt te vertragen hebben we een toevluchtsoord gecreëerd waar je kunt ontsnappen aan de drukte van het dagelijks leven en volledig kunt genieten en relaxen.

Een stoer gastenverblijf in 2017 nieuw gebouwd op de plek van een oude boerenschuur. Weids gelegen in het buitengebied op vijftien minuten van Zwolle. Voldoende mogelijkheden om privé buiten het huis te vertoeven. Extra's die wij tegen vergoeding aanbieden: - Boodschappen doen wanneer u dat zelf liever niet doet in deze tijd. - Verzorgen van een warme maaltijd die neergezet wordt in de B&B.
