The house consists of a living room as a bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden. It has 1 double bed of 1.6 meters, closet Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower tray terrace with 1 outdoor table, 2 chairs, 2 hammocks, washing machine and outdoor shower. ​No tourist services are provided. We also have a charcoal BBQ.

It is an area well known for its tranquility and its proximity to the town of Alcudia (1 Km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with typical products of the island of Mallorca.
